After ordering I didn't hear anything about my product shipping. Then I get an email to share the status of my order. One option was that I did not receive it. I followed instructions and emailed that I had not received. Their reply, a day later, was that my item was out of stock. Bottom line... 3 weeks after ordering, I hear for the 1st time that my item is unavailable. I can understand the message, but not the 3 week delay.
The one dress was too big and other too small. No free return on shipping.
Even though I ordered a large, which normally fits perfectly, the blouse was too snug to be wearable. When I sent an email asking for instructions to return the blouse, I was told NOT to send it to the address on the packaging, but I was not given an address of where to send it. I don't believe I will order from here again
Very cheap material! I contacted them for a return and they e-mailed me with instructions where to send it. I paid $15 to return 2 dresses that were ultimately returned to me S tge address was incorrect.
I believed one of your reviews was accurate in saying, sizes were accurate and ordered my normal size which fit to tight. It wasn't worth the cost to send it back so I gave the product to a discount store.
A total nightmare to say the least. Finally after much ado I received the sweater coat but not the one that was promised. I shall attempt to return it.

Shopping was fine. Now waiting to see what shipping and product quality will be. More stars if those are good. Revieved it! Clothes were par! More expensive than many competitors. Average for others. Opened and washed one item and washed it on cold/cold and it shrunk 5 sizes so I Tried to return everything else and it has been a nightmare. Have had to go back and forth just to get an address for returns and still not confirmed I will EVER be refunded. Order ONLY if you are ok never returning anything! Also material has zero give. No stretch at all.

My order was slow to ship. When I emailed asking about it I received a prompt and great reply, I was so happy about the service! However the two fitted dresses were too small, even though the size chart showed them to be my size, and the other dress had a stain. When I checked the return policy it seemed straightforward. However when I requested a RTA the problems started! Find someplace else to buy!

I really like my blouse. I got a lot of Compliments on it. The colors were perfect.
They are very nice, but the material is too thick and makes it hot. All three items that I received are beautiful, but do not fit. I would like to get a refund and send them back, but I need help to send them and get a refund

Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
