I will not buy from this company again, I did not know if I was being scammed or not, the tracking info stated pkg was stuck in a port waiting for pickup, for several days, order took too long to receive, did not know where company was located, item rec, was different than what I thought from photo, does not fit, I will be at a loss as don't know how to return it, never, never again!

I order a garment size 1x when I open the package, the size was wrong...I receive a small size.I am extremely disappointed

Dress says 3x but it came 1x. Jacket too short.not like picture. There is sequins on dress.not in picture. Neckline is not like picture. Not a happy bride!

The oder was delayed and I don't need them now. Also the dresses are top small and the quality is not as expected.

The on-line transaction was easy. The dress I ordered is a much better quality than I imagined. It is fully look lined, a pleasant surprise.

The items I ordered especially the coat, was absolutely terrible quality, nothing like the picture shown. They did give a partial refund but won't be ordering from them again.

Return site not working so disappointed. Response to my email was quick so I was hopeful in getting my money returned.

The top I ordered was far too big, the material felt like it could withstand a torrential downpour. Stiff and almost like thick plastic. There has been no easy way to return this item. They instruct you in the email to NOT return the item to the address on the package that says "return here". And then proceed to never give an address to return it too. I have sent numerous emails. They offered me $6 to keep it! It is so ugly I think I will just dump it in the trash. In a second email they offered me $12 to keep the item and then added the address to their email. I will NEVER shop here again.

The dress I ordered was way too small even though I checked the size chart carefully. It lacked almost 3 inches of being able to close to zip up! I tried to email their customer service and it bounced back 2 times. I finally went on their website and entered a request there. It took 2 times before I got a response.

In the first response tge said they offered me $10 and said they do not pay for return shipping and did not give me an address. I had to email again. This time they gave me an address in New Jersey and said it had to be there within 7 days, have tracking and NOT be sent by UPS. I went to the Post Office and the cheapest option for that was about $15, half the cost of the dress, with no guarantee I would actually see my money back.

This time they also offered to refund me $15, or give me $30 credit toward another purchase. I would still have to pay their exorbitant shipping. ($10 for the previous order)

I took the $15. And I'm not happy.

BUYER BEWARE

They do not provide clear instructions or an address for returns. You have to email and ask for that. Then they write back asking for more specific reasons for the return, so that requires another email. Each of these took several days. They also do not provide free shipping so that is additional cost.

Not good, you didn't send me the item, you charge my credit cards. Please refund my money

The dress I ordered is not at all what I expected. The fabric is cheap and the dress does not look like the photo advertising it. The return process is much more complicated than it needs to be. I don't believe I will use this company again.

I ordered 2 items on 7/30. One was out of stock which I wasn't apprised of until a couple of weeks later and the second item hasn't arrived yet ( 8/ 23). The info to follow the item delivery wasn't even intelligible. I liked what I saw when ordering but it has all come to naught.

I saw your adv and I fell in love with the color baby blue with white t-tank top til I receive the package and open it up and disappointed that I got from you was color beige instant blue… I feel I should keep the order and send me blue top which I feel it's fair because of wait and wait too long.

The clothing is of good value however sizes ran smaller than the description. I've contacted Curve Dream for return/refund process. Information received with a gift card and to keep the items if I choose. Requested return shipment for my purchase. Curve Dream recommends not to use UPS as the courier! Delivery was great and clothing is great however to return the items is far longer than the purchasing time. At this time I do not recommend CurveDream as my best purchase. I am still waiting for the RMA to send the products back.
