Really like the skirt - well-made, nice fabric. But waiting 20 days for delivery is unacceptable!
Also - need to exchange it for a larger size and there are no directions on your procedures for returns.

As I understand from the information posted on your website I should have received a 10% discount since my order exceeded $89. I did not receive that discount. Perhaps there was an explanation in the fine print…. I liked many of the items show on your site,, I am hoping the quality will be satisfactory. Poor quality of materials. Deceptive terms of purchase. I should have received free shipping and a 10% discount. Did not receive either. Charged 9.99 shipping and 10% discount. Will not order anything further.

I was really excited when I ordered two outfits from you all. But when they came in finally and I mean finally came in they were not what they look like in the pictures. They come from China and I and I was and am very disappointed I will never be ordering for them again

Aug 2 I ordered a blouse and later received an email saying my order was lost.I still have not reviewed it nor my refund. Please advise what is going to happen refund or blouse.

Never received the item and never got a refund. Kept telling me the delivery was held up by USPS. Called USPS and they had no such order.

I love their selections and would order a lot more clothing, but their 5X was very small compared to other shops. But I really do love your variety if I wasn't so fat … uggg…. Plus size clothing is so hard to buy online due to size variances.

These shirts were not what I was expecting. I thought these would be similar to the burn out double layered tee shirts from Coldwater Creek. I felt like I was mislead.

All the items I ordered are exactly like pictures and I am very happy with them!

Still have not received order and it's been over 20 days and part of order is no longer available.unordered these dresses for the the first day of school and I have been in school two weeks now.
