I did receive my order and what I ordered was 80% acceptable. The material on the one top that I ordered was not acceptable and over priced due to the quality of the material that was used. I did not want to go through the hassle to return this because receiving my order took long and I just did not want to deal with it.
Ordered a dress, didn't fit even though I ordered 1 size bigger than normal size. Recv'd pkg with no packing slip so I could return. Went to web site in different locations and they all wanted me to pay and join some group forb$46 or $49. I don't want to join anything or pay anything. Could never find human to ask questions of. You took my money from my credit card right away from my purchase a month ago, to date 8/22/24 I have not received my items (3 dresses). One star is better than you deserve. I received a tracking number but was not able to open the link (gave me an error) prompting me to think it might be a scam. I was hoping to wear one of these dresses to a wedding in two weeks. I have since, bought a dress locally (shame on, should have done that to begin with). Give me my money back you theives.

You don't take discover? Why? I received my order and several of the dresses did not have buttons or zippers in the upper part of the dresses so that they could be put on and taken off easily. One of the shirts was so thin you could see through it. I decided to send three of the dresses back and the shirt. I contacted the company and asked for a return label as there was not one in the package with the items. They said it took 3 days for them to respond. I did get a response back. They said I could not send the items back to the location that I purchased them from but they did not send me an address to send them back to. I am trying to return around $134.00 worth of clothing to them to receive a refund but in that same letter back to me they said they would return $30 of my money if I would just keep the dresses and shirt. They asked for each item number and I sent them to them but I have not heard anything back from them at all. This feels like a scam but I want to give them the benefit of the doubt. I am keeping two of the dresses from my order but I want them to make this right by giving me an address to return the others for a refund of the $134.00 that I paid for them. I hope they do the right thing and make this right.
Ordered a blue linen dress which in the picture looked great. When it finally arrived, it is too thin to wear without a slip underneath, tight and fit unequally in the shoulder, and shorter than I expected. I will donate it to charity.
