I ordered 4 items on September 10th and received 2 of them September 24th. Days later I got a email that my other 2 items were not available and that I could replace them with something else or get refunded. I requested a refund. That's been days and no one has responded to my request. This was my first time ordering from this company and ITS MY LAST. VERY POOR customer service. All I want is my money back. But these people don't respond. Good luck if you order from them.

Easy to order, no problems there, but when product arrived, it was of low quality. And two blouses that were labelled "size Large" were very different in size.

Product quality was of great disappointment. Feeble material and totally unfinished interiors of items. Kept the socks only. Also 2 items were out of stock and not received and I had to contact for their credit! Company should have notified me and adjusted the order. Really needs a Customer Service # to call for assistance. Will never order from them again

I ordered 3 items but only received 2 items. I'm still waiting on a dress that I was hoping to wear for my upcoming trip, but that doesn't look like it will be possible

The top I ordered was see through/ very thin fabric. Returning was like pulling teeth- they kept offering me discounts to keep it and finally I got the ok to return it/ but didn't get an address. I had to inquire again to get that.

Placed 2 different orders the one dress that was shipped (sleeveless midi) was too small in both L and XL the peacock t shirt fit but the sleeve hem was raw material not hemmed! Still wanting to know what happened with the pink T shirt and the 2 two piece dresses (one from each order). I think at this point the right thing for you to do is refund me the cost of the items I never received.!

I ordered on 9/10 and it is now 10/3 and I still have not heard where my merchandise is. My previous order also took a long time. I had a purpose for the things I purchased and now have to shop an additional place.

Sizing was small and item didn't fit. The dress looks cheaply made with thin fabric.

I needed a specific color dress to go with some beautiful jewelry that was given to me by my husband. I found a gorgeous dress that was the perfect color! Now I can't wait to wear them on an evening out! Not only was the dress exactly as described and shown in the photo, it is even more lightweight and flowing than I expected. The shipping was great too. Like so many of us who order clothing only to find out it is coming from out of the country and you end up waiting weeks for the delivery. This dress arrived on time as promised. Overall, a fantastic experience.

Jumpy website. No reviews! Oversize, decrease a size at least! Also, fabric is flimsy so see-throughy.

The picture showed a well-made stitched dress with brilliant colors. Something I thought I'd be proud to wear at this special event.

I order as weather from but when I received it looked nothing like the picture. I wanted to return it but was too much of a hassle

Waste of time ordering from here. Terrible Customer Service. Sketchy email responses wanting you to jump through "Deal" hoops before they'll give you the return info needed. They won't pay for return shipping. It was not even close to true to size! Quality is crap! Not true to description. Not BBB accredited for a reason. Don't buy from them. Save your money and your time!
