I ordered a sequenced shirt for NYE and received a cotton shirt with splash paint on it. I paid over $30 for essentially a pajama shirt. When I wanted a refund, I was offered a small refund, not even 1/2 of the cost to keep it otherwise I needed to eat the shipping both ways and get what was left. I will NEVER use this company again. What a scam!

Excellent choice! Reasonable prices.
But pay attention to the style and size measurements if you are an older person
So far I recieved 2 out of the 4 pieces that I wanted. Neither of them fit. Sizes run small. Not impressed with the material. Not what it looks like on the web site.
2nd part of the order was mis shipped, and returned to them. I had to request that they resend it.
Fabric is brightly printed uniform synthetic.
The order process was efficient easy and the communication was good. Neither garment looked like the photo and the "red" was more of a clay color.
At this time, Curve Dream has a very complicated return process. Hopefully they can improve that in the future.

I've tried 3x to return the outfits I do not want the way they instructed and have not heard back with final instructions.
The purchase was very easy to make. The dress that I ordered took two weeks to arrive. The dress was not cut correctly and it didn't appear to have been sewn correctly. The process for returning was email only which had a very slow response time. When a finally received a response the email didn't include an address to return the item to for a refund. After another email and another several day response time the information for return was provided.
Had a nice experience. Had a problem with my order at first, but was accommodated with the help

The overall process of purchasing the item went very well and it was received timely. However, the package tracking system added new tracking apps to my computer at complicated other use of my computer until I finally was able to uninstall the apps.
Ordered, received late, got wrong item and returning it is a nightmare. Highly discourage anyone from ordering anything. I was emailed that I could return at my expense and to let them know the tracking number. Did all that. Now, their email is not available. Short to long.they have the item I bought returned to them and my credit card is still being charged. Of course, I will dispute that charge today.

I placed an order on or around 12/21/24, Invoice# **************145.
As of 1/16/25 I have not received my order. I keep checking the tracking information and it keeps telling me my order is at USPS ready to be shipped. Day after day I keep getting the same information but no action.
I really don't understand this situation. I have never NOT received an order, no matter the company.
I think Curvedream should resend my order.

Was important selection for purchase a Christmas present for my wife and as part of the whole present and I selected a dress that I knew she would be delighted to wear. The dress was no longer available and whilst other similar were available the particular fabric style and colour was what was selected and needed so disappointed that the product was not available but still on the website.

I was skeptical with all the bad reviews, but went ahead and ordered the Raglan Sleeve Sweatshirt - not sweatshirt material at all but a polyester pullover. With that said, I still like it and the shipping was really fast! Curvedream needs to rewrite this description for this item.
The blouse is a maroon shade. I wanted it for Christmas but it's not red. I also don't like the polyester like material and the medium is really big on me.

After two weeks of waiting for my package I finally contacted CurveDream on my own and was told it was out of stock. Why wasn't I informed of this? I ordered again online and because it said it was in stock. Once again, after waiting a week or two I contacted CurveDream and again was told it was out of stock. There is also no phone number to reach the company so it all must be done by email. The company is terrible and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
