Return problem

I have tried to return one of my orders. They gave me instructions but told me not to return the item to the address in the envelope they came in. However, they DID NOT provide the correct return shipping address. I still have the item because I do not know where to mail it!

Good luck returning an item. After 3 attempts, they will not provide the return authorization needed for me to follow their guidelines for a return. Not only that, but only two items out of the three I ordered, were actually delivered to me. So they have taken my money on an item I never got (I made them aware of the item never sent) AND, they are prohibiting me from returning the other two items. I am following their process and they will not send a return auth. I have emailed my request AGAIN and the email I get back says it is undeliverable... Hmmm. Seems they are now blocking my email address. This company is a scam. They will rip you off. And take note, the clothing they are selling is extremely doctored/ photoshopped on their website. Actual items are a far cry from what they are advertising. Be warned.

Easy to order; quick…but I had expected a sweater with actual embellishments-not just a 3D print. I will keep the sweater to use with sweats, but I had hoped it would be a dressy sweater to wear for special occasions.

Poorly sized with cheap fabric.

I followed their size guide and it was way too small. The fabric was thin and printed. Very poor quality. Same as cheap Halloween costumes.
