Great dress, just the right fit and pattern I was looking for.
Easy to navigate thru the site. I ordered 5 items, and received 4. I had to email them and ask about the item that did not come and they said that it was out of stock. If I hadn't said anything about this, I wonder if they would have told me why it wasn't included with the order I received. The problem is not resolved yet, as I asked for them to cancel the one that did not come, and to give me the address of where to send the other items, because they were too large, and to give me a refund of my purchase.
Disappointed in purchase, returned items & have not received my payment back, after returning items back, the way they instructed me too.
I am returning the item I bought and was offered $1 to keep it instead. This makes no sense. Why would this ever be an option? I understand I will pay for the return shipping but if you want your customers to not return an item, maybe try offering them a little more incentive.
Customer Service was quick to respond which I appreciate. However, two of the three items I ordered could never have been considered the Small size I ordered. They truly were quite large and need to be returned. The quality was not what I expected but would have kept the items had they fit properly. Trying to return the items has been difficult because it felt like the company was stalling. I finally was sent the return address! Now I am being offered money to keep the items. I supposed I can do that and donate the two tops to charity. I will not order from CurveDream again because of oversizing and poor quality.
Ordering was easy. Took a few weeks to get. Sizes are not true and nothing out of 6 dresses fit. Sending all back for refund. Waiting for a return code.

The fabric weight and print is just what I wanted. BUT, even though I ordered 2 sizes larger, the pants are too small in the hips. The cost to return them is too high, nearly half the cost of the pants. Disappointing experience.

The shipment came in two deliveries with no communication as to when the other pieces were coming that were back ordered.
The socks I ordered were in good quality as shown, but the tops were very cheap looking and not worth the price paid even at a discount. I am returning the tops and have asked for a return. After a week, I hae not heard back. I will be requesting for a second time.
Warning, No returns, Even though they say you do. I can't get them to send me a return authorization. Kelly is answering my emails but asking me dumb questions that don't Have anything to do with my request for a return authorization. She is stalling so the 30 days will pass I guess. Will not do business with this company again.

While the shopping experience was great (easy to use and got my item quickly), it did not fit right. According to the description, the shirt runs big. I was looking forward to that. However, it's so snug, instead of being this nice blousy swing fit, it's like wearing a body suit. I'm a bit top heavy so if it was a little snug there, that would be okay but even the arms were tight.

I ordered three items. I kept two but wanted to return one. CurveDream support offered me $8 to keep the item. When I said, 'No' I want to return it' They asked, "Would you accept $16?" What's up with that? Offer me $16 the first time! If I didn't accept the $16, I had to send the item back to them with a trackable shipping service which will likely cost me $15 or more in shipping which added to the $16 is the cost of the item. I'm spending the money to send the item back. Clearly, they do NOT want returns. Do not spend your money with this place. I understand it is hard to make money in the clothing business but if your margins are this tight, just say NO RETURNS. ALL SALES FINAL. That would be honest.

The items I received are GIGANTIC- no where close to the size guide on their site or any normal sizing. When a return was requested, they try to get out of it by offering $15 instead (for a $50 order) and then want to subtract their original shipping costs- which are advertised as "free shipping" when placing the order. Total sham.

Dress material was very thin and not at all what I thought it would be like. It did not work for the purpose intended. Will not purchase from vendor in the future.
I may order from curve dream again but I realize since I am not able to try it on that it may not meet my overall expectations. I am glad I went with the larger size.
The item was not the same as the picture. It was called a "sweater" but what I received is a very thin, almost shiny fabric. The ribbing at the bottom in the picture was not on the item. The picture was obviously altered to make it look textured like a sweater and the muted soft colors in the photo did not reflect the very different bold bright colors on the item. It was very disappointing.
Ordered a cardigan type sweater on December 25,2024. It was not received until January 18,2025. The sweater received was not even close to the item that I ordered. I won't order anything else from Curvedream.

I tried to e-mail them back after I told them I wanted to return the items. The e-mail was sent back to me as undeliverable. It's like they dropped off the face of the earth. I sent the items back anyway. Sure hope I get my money back.

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.

Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
