Ordered two dresses for my son's wedding. Not knowing which one would work better, either one fit right. Calling for return, the response was fast and easy.
This Christmas tree black and white long sleeve tee is described as cotton. It is 100% polyester. The screen print is cute, I will not be returning, but will be wary of anything else I might order. The photos/images are not always true to the item.
Only took them a month to tell me they don't have my order anymore, but held my money that long.

Took too long to receive order. It's been 3 weeks and only received one out of 4 items.
Would not replace defective. Offered very small partial credit instead.

Bought 3 dresses that we made for a Barbie not true to size and when I tried to return they kept making me offers like would you take 27.00 and keep the product. When I asked for a full refund they wouldn't give me an address for returns. I'm turning this place into the Better Business Bureau. Stuff is tiny and cheap. And you won't get your money back.

Took way to long to ship. Pants were definitely not size14. No receipt to exchange them. What a waste of money. Very dissatisfied will not shop here again.
Poor materials, and poor quality of sewing. Pictures looked much better than actual items. Like the antler earrings.
The dress had a strange fit-tight in the abdomen, and too loose in the shoulders. While I was offered a full refund for the item I would've had to pay shipping. I only received less than half the purchase price as a refund.

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
