We went to the Aurora CO location for lunch today & it took over 20 minutes for our food to arrive. The place was not busy! The order was wrong so we took back to the counter and it took another 10 minutes for the replacement! Too bad good food is delivered incorrectly making it a bad experience over all.

The amount of food I got for what I paid was ridiculous. I could have spent half or less at long Johns and got more and better tasting food. The food was pretty gross, maybe it's because i chose the fish but either way none of it was very good. Almost $3 for a single scoop of coke slaw is ridiculous and it didn't even taste good. Two small pieces of fish with grease pockets for $14 is also ridiculous. They looked like they were cooked in three week old grease. The only good thing was the malt, everything else was disgusting. I had to eat something else to get the horrible taste out of my mouth. I could have spent just $5 more and went to Outback Steakhouse...

This is my second bad experience. First the young lady never acknowledged me standing at the register when I said something she still walked passed then finally said you can step down here like I was getting on her nerves for her poor attitude. The second time I came back because I work in the area. I ordered my food and was reluctant because the same associate from before was there but another person took my order. Again horrible service. My order simple the spicy chicken no tomatoes onion rings Chilli and a shake. Two customers came in after me ordered sat down and got there food before me. I still stood there while they walking past looking at me like it's my fault. When I finally said something I was just rotated and wanted my money back! The manager didn't give 2cents but apologies and sayin I understand! You understand I've been standing here for 15 minutes and still leaving hungry and empty handed yea ok! I will never go there! I don't have to beg to spend my money anywhere and expect good service! Especially being SM in retail I don't get it!

My order wasn't received and I told them to put two burgers on my sandwich and they gave me one and my mom didn't get her order right neither

I have messaged culvers 2 or 3 times Telling them about the service and the food that was served to my family around sept 30th at their store In adjusterfield township At hall road and 94 when we got there everything was good we ordered our food sat down awake waited for about 20 minutes when my son went up and asked where our food was our food was they argued 2 young men about who is getting it for us but we're gonna give it to him I should say Finally the little Blonde young man gave it to him When he brought it to the table it was cold it's cold so I took it back watched the's watched out of the 2 people argue about who was taking the food out to the customers in the car arguing with the Cooks I watched the one young man throw awand throw away 3 bags of food find finally the young lady grabbed a tray from me ask me the problem total the food was cold she said OK I'll be to make it to go sit down I said no I said no I wait wanted to make sure they weren't gonna just reheat my food waited another 15 minutes before before finally somebody started to remake to remake the order set down to eat it and and the fries are still cold you're still cold and the hamburger tasted like a whole salt shaker on them it was the Worst experience no one apologized then we ordered the Sunday and it was melted It was liquid this cost me over $20 for 3 hamburgers 01 fry 01 pop and 2 Sundays I It was so upset I have never been treated like that the cooks were arguing swearing the girl locked the door at 8:30 so no one could come in and order food but there was enough staff but no 1 wanted to work it was just a big old joke thank you for letting me vent but that's uncalled for and I used to love coming here

The only location somewhat near us is a 20 minute drive away but we do like to stop there on our way back from my husband's regular doctor visit because we like the food and it's convenient for those occasions. We can live with the long lines at the drive-thru and for the food but the on the last several visits the orders have been completely screwed up. The first time we went back into the restaurant and the manager fired up a new order for us which I appreciate but it did cause a considerable and inconvenient wait time. The two more times we tried Culver's items were missing even though we specifically checked with the server. One shouldn't have to paw through a hot, greasy bag to check if everything ordered is in there. (BTW at this last visit a large order of food was squished into a very small bag making it impossible to check without taking everything out and sure enough several items were missing.) When I called to speak to a manager (I foolishly thought they might be at least a little interested to know when a customer has a problem) I was hung up on twice. After giving Culver's several chances, we will never be going back. There's a Cracker Barrel right across the parking lot from this Culver's - we'll go there next time.

These people need to come up with a new way to pass out food. I Went on the inside to get my shake for the evening I stood there watching these empolyee get food touch the door go outside come back in pack orders up go outside again dont change glove just a assemlby line going. Three people looked at my shake before I got it.The lady I was standing by we both open are mouth and said WOW did you see that we both said DAM..

I am very disappointed with Winona Minnesota! I ordered my food With a very pushy trying to get things done fast employee and when I gave my debit card she said pull forward come to find out she comes to my vehicle that only $20 some cents was pulled out of my account and I still owed $8 showed her I had clearly a $1000 in my account then gave her gave her a new card and only a dollar was taken. I told her to take a few items off my list and unfortunately my card won't go through because they already charged me. This employee was overly fast getting a payment without verifying the payment was OK before proceeding to push them to the parking Very angry I am a loyal customer never complain in my entire life and this happens to me I will tell and complain to everyone in this city of the mistreated I have felt embarrassed I gave back my already drinking pop and told her to never never never take a payment unless it's cleared Better get my money back!

Train Cashier at Drive-up had to repeat order twice, still did not add bacon to Dbl CB, Ketchup only on receipt, but no Ketchup in bag. Order came out after LONG wait outside, boy said still no bacon on receipt, went back inside. BIG female mgr came out, dirty & disheveled, messy hair, dirty apron, to charge us $. 50 for bacon, gave her $1.00. More waiting. She came out and said everything was in there, I specifically asked if "extra Tarter" was in there, she said "Yes", she lied. Drove 35 min home. NO KETCHUP FOR CB, NO TARTER FOR FISH, spent $27.78! Called Culvers, spoke to male mgr. He said he would put us on the guest list for free CB and Fish Sand. Then put me on hold. Came back and said that female packed the bag herself and those WERE IN THE BAG! She lied again! Just like the train cashier! They refused to replace our food then! I have no other choice but to dispute the entire charge on my Visa, post my experience on muyltiple websites and file formal complaint with district headquarters against this mgr.!

As a forensic psych pro for over 30 ears, this is a case of a mgr with a Personality disorder, who has no difficulty lying on impulse, an Antisocial trait. Where there is smoke there is fire, so this is not her first conflict with her lying. She likely has history of legal trouble, multiple tickets, restraining orders, arrests. No doubt the male mgr who issued the two new sandwich's was overridden by her. Due to her rudeness at the restaurant, we recorded our phone call when the manager granted us replacement sandwiches and put my name in his guestbook. Hopefully, someone in higher management has a conscience, will listen to it, and make things right.

We went there a large number of times since they open. Loved the food. Last time there owner was talking to a group of people about free things. We were in table next to them and he never acknowledged our presence He seem to just want the groups business and give them free things for kids. He had seen us in store numerous times but guess he didn't appreciate our business. Have not been back since.

I was looking forward to dining inside after 4 hours of driving. I ended up eating outside in the 90° heat. When I asked the girl at the drive-through as to why didn't they open the inside dining " I'm still laughingl she actually said it's because They had been getting bad reviews for the lines being too long. When the reviews get better they will open. Go figure here's another bad review. This is Florida "not" California. The state is open for business. Get with the program. I guess I will have to dine else where going forward. I watched people trying to open the door to find it closed. The funny thing is that most the people did not bother getting in the line for the drive thru!
They did not give me a receipt at the drive-through.
