Went to place an online order. Order was rejected at the end of putting in all information. Sense order was rejected I saw no harm in just going to the location and paying cash. Until the next day my bank showed four charges to my card. Two refunded and two not. Contacted the restaurant and the general manager was too busy to talk to me. So contacted their corporate office and was told they were being refunded give it till the beginning of next week. It has now been two weeks and now they want my full bank statements. Basically, I paid three times for one meal at around $100 and not getting my money refunded. Feels like fraud to me that was scammed out of $75.00. Thank you Culver's for scamming my out of my money. Good job

28 dollars for two singles with fries and a drink and 4 chicken strips is more than a steak dinner at a sit down restaurant. They will never get another penny of my money.

Oshkosh location on Koeller Street. I go to Culver's probably twice a week. And I need to stop going to that location. Every time I go I have a problem they either burn my burger to where it's crunchy or they screw up my meal. Today I sat waiting, in my car for over 10 minutes for my food as I watched so many cars come and go. I finally ended up going inside talking to a manager and she said they had no number 104 ticket. I explained my car is sitting in line with the ticket is on my mirror and I'm still waiting. I had my tea. The manager came out, gave me my food and said they had to remake it. She apologized, but it should've been more than that. And of course, my ticket information wasn't taped to my bag like it usually is so that I could go and do a review. To wait that long and then have to leave my car and go in and talk to the manager was ridiculous. I just had back surgery and I am not able to walk around, like I normally would be able to, didn't appreciate the service at all. Didn't get any napkins didn't get any ketchup like I asked for and had half a bag of french fries.

I ordered pork loins with cards two sides of shrimp drinks I get home the pork lines don't have what I wanted on them. They forgot my shrimp so I had to go back and instead of fresh shrimp they gave me the same ones they forgot which were cold and I thought Culver's was better customer service and better at delivering your food. To me but I was wrong and I'm very disappointed seems they do a good job when they first open and then it's downhill from there.

I reported the very poor quality of my cone over a month ago & got no reply! I will not be a customer any longer!

I absolutely love culvers but with Culver's in Auburn Indiana, two things very disappointing they're very skimpy on the condiments they put on the burger and second of all what used to come automatic on the burger now they charge extra for it AKA tomatoes it cost me over $10 for a double burger combo and that was even with my senior discount that is ridiculous. Very little lettuce on my sandwich and very little ketchup. Hint to Culver's stop being so chintzy and stop charging for the tomatoes that's a natural topping that is the reason they got a reading out of three out of five from me otherwise they would have got a five

Online order process is burdensome.

Sat in car for 10 minutes after curbside was due. Order was not ready so they put it together while I waited at the counter. I had to remind them that I had ordered a drink. When I went to leave the doors of the building were locked and I had to ask someone to get me out of the building. And as usual the floors were sticky icky sticky. I have never been in this facility without walking on sticky floors. What is the problem?

My daughter wanted to eat here today for lunch and it was just terrible. First let me start by saying the food was good when they first opened customer service was great and the restaurant was clean. Let's move to now window's dirty, workers look unclean, floor sticky, food on the floor and dirty table. Should have known, however ordered food chicken sandwich, burger, fries and a milkshake cost me over $22.00. Food was terrible had to take the burger back and asked the young lady working if she would eat this and she made a face and said NO so they said they made a new one I could not tell the difference. Do not eat here. I will never go back. I have pictures to follow up so you can decide for yourself.

Every summer, I look forward to the Strawberry Fields salad, until now. I I ordered it without chicken, as usual. As usual, I got home the salad, including chicken, no blue cheese, no walnuts. The size of the salad was less than half normal, and then it was in a disappointingly small container. I also ordered fish which was in another container exactly the same. However, hot fried fish in a plastic container is less than appetizing by the time you get it home. French fries, coleslaw, ketchup, tartar, sauce, napkins, and silverware were all in a paper bag together. I drove back to Culver's and explained my disappointment to the manager, and the only response I got was, this is how we make this salad. Between the containers, and the salad, and the manager's lack of concern, I'm crossing covers of my list of options. There are too many new food options in town to accept this level of quality for the money paid.

If you stopped offering a free scoop of custard after doing a survey why do you still lead people to believe it is still possible on the receipt? I called the toll free number to do it via phone, but it was a brief, rude recording saying the survey isn't available in my location (they didn't even know my location!), and it simply is impossible online. Your "gosh I'm the guy next door, Mr. Culver," commercial is the complete opposite of what you have become. You are no longer a good representative of my state of Wisconsin - shameful.

Six weeks ago they completely ripped us off giving a concrete mixer that was supposed to be Brownie overload that had nothing but vanilla ice cream an chocolate sauce. I called and explained my frustration and was told I would receive complimentary replacement coupons. I waited more than a month for coupons and they were for sundaes. I decided that I would use my coupons today. I waited 25 minutes only to be told the were out of flavor of day. Couldn't get my coupons back was offered a different option if I wanted to reorder and wait another 25 minutes. Nope never again

Miami heat Fans! If you happened to be on the road in Florida during a miami heat championship game, and want to eat here and watch it and their restaurant has no customers DO NOT STOP HERE! It is my boyfriends birthday, he stopped here because he knows I love their food. I Had just woken up in the car. All I asked was if they could change the channel. No we can't they stated. Wow... unbelievable. I left and did not order food either.

I ordered the cod fish dinner. I just love crinkle cut fries, they were cold and the fish was soggy. Cost me$14. Disappointing. I have always ordered the burger which so far has been delicious. Won't order the fish again though

Why would you have a drive through and come up with a sticker system to make the cars pull out of the drive thru and park. If you can't keep up, shut the window down and have the customers go inside.
It's my first time ever at Culver's, give me a break.

Culver's is genuinely one of my favorite restaurants, when I do get my food, sometimes it's wrong, but I don't really care, it's food. I was however shocked when I read that Culver's was racist in a certain review, while that is absolutely unacceptable, Im only there for the food. Culver's, don't be racist I am a building. But keep making good food

Got my order wrong in many ways ie got food I did not order and was missing some of the food I did order. The worst thing about was the worker's attotude. No apologies. Awful.

It's not better than McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's, Better than Jack in The box burgers. Comparable to Freddie's frozen custard.
Fries are average. Burgers not hot when you get them. They have excessive paper usage in the serving boats and liners. It's not fast food. Would rather go to any other place.

Never received order. Along with 5 other vehicles, sat for 15 minutes and the only thing that came out was employees leaving to go home. Only two tables were occupied inside and they were seated and had their order, so it was not busy inside. One employee taking out trash and a few standing around inside. When I inquired about my order I was told yours is up next, as if they can only do one order at a time. Five minutes later and nothing happened. I left for work without the food. I threw away money, but it will be the last time. The absolute worst of fast food places.
