I actually love this CSL location I've been to a few others but this one in particular has the best service, I never wait forever here and the staff is amazing. I recommend this location if you're close enough to go.

Es por eso que este sitio no progresa y además te roban el dinero y los puntos llevo 3 semana viniendo y no veo los puntos
I just want to shout out to the Greenville sc techs, they were always very kind and attentive. Unfortunately, I helped my husband answer a question on the 360 app doner questionnaire. He was having issues reading it, he only has one eye and the other was irritated. I obviously pushed a wrong answer and he told them I helped him. This caused all kinds of upset, break in hippa laws, does not matter I have complete medical control for him, anyway they accused me of helping him today as well. Impossible as when he tried to bring up 360 it said see manager. They would not believe me or him. I told them I helped him twice once to show him how to use 360 and last Monday. Well they deferred us both permanently for me pushing an answer on 360. Shame, we are healthy seniors that really needed the income as we rescue animals. This was our vet bill money for our senior animals. Such foolishness, to be deferred for helping my own husband. No compassion.
All my past visits have been all good experiences. The workers are very compassionate and care for my health.
The staff at CSL Plasma in Ft. Gratiot, MI are absolutely awesome! Very professional and friendly! I highly reccomend them!
Bad stickers and permently damaged outcomes are permently deferred for life! Bad Management cause when they're told what happened abou employees wrong decisions unfairly treatment! All are not bad thank God when I first came I was treated good by some and it just got worse and I ask that God forgive the bad stickers for permanent damage becaful who sticks you and right or wrong Management wil look out for the employees! I stopped going for 7 years to Com back to be deferred cause of bad stickers and I Love to help people who need blood and some time I just need the finances an I was not purchasing anything I was just trying to donate on I 35 and seminary in fort.worth
I have donated over 20 times and I have never got any rewards when I asked about it they said it starts now and all my other times don't count
Been coming here a year and always friendly great people always a good inviroment clean helpfully in and out most of the time will continue to come back
Too bad the facility in Portland Maine is poorly managed, it has nice people working there. The management there needs to approach the backlog and bottle necks from a Manufacturing and Production stand point not a retail view. When there is a log jam of peopke waiting for hours to get a bed with only one persone working the beds you need to take all available Phlebotomist from their desks and screening and get them to the beds until the jam has been processed from the waiting area, then proceed to their other duties. Unbelievable how this continues to happen when it can easily be remedied even with the short staffing issues they have at this facility. I have been in production and manufacturing management for 30 years and this is apalling as a Manager. If you have available Phlebotomist doing a vitals screening function, that is a gross waste of an asset. A screening function is an entry level position only, all Phlebotomist should be working beds and fill in screening ONLY as needed. This is a constant issue at this facility and is only becomming worse. Corporate Management now needs to get involved and advertise for a production manager position for this site and a must requirement is to have a manufacturing background. These bottleneck issues would never ever be allowed in a manufacturing facility.
Csl is not business oriented. The staffing lacks customer service skills, as well as the authoritarianistic security. I did not feel safe at the Jacksonville location. Not because of the community, but the business itself.
CSL. Staff are great. Could accommodate donors with water and snacks. Allow to come in sooner when weather is cold.
She is the best nurse I have ever had. She takes time and patience with me and others. She needs to be promoted to head nurse Daniel Torres...
Been donating with csl for several years now I have had pretty good expierences with them and would recommend them
First time coming they have A amazing staff and walked me through it all 10/10 all are very pleasant made sure to let me know all risk
POOR LEADERS AND POOR MANAGENT WHO DO NOT FOLLOW THEIR OWN FORMS THAT THEY HAND OUT TO. THEN THEY WANT YOU TO GET A NEW OINE FAXED BACK TO THEM.
I donated last Friday, and had a horrible experience. There was another donor that was yelling all kinds of racial slurs ie: white devil, cracker, along with some other slurs. We were both on the floor actively donating at that time. When I was finished, I asked to speak to the manager who just laughed it off. I then called corporate and informed them of the situation. That same manager tried to call me on Saturday, but I was at the range and didn't hear the phone ring. I called them back today, and they said that the manager was busy. I attempted to call several times and the manager refused to come to the phone or call back for 5 hours. I had corporate on three way once and they also witnessed the same thing. The manager on duty said to come in and meet in the back. I showed up and spoke to the security officer on duty and asked if he could come to the front with me as a witness. He complied and when the manager came out she tried to get me to go to the back. I refused and asked why she couldn't explain to me what they wanted at the front with the security officer as a witness? She then kicked me off property. This place is extremely unprofessional and harbors racists within their own ranks. Don't trust them.
Everyone that I have met in the South Milwaukee Plasma Center is great and patient with me. They say hi how are you doing, thank you for coming in, little talk that makes me smile and feel good about being there. I appreciate their hard work and sacrifice for weekends and holidays being open.
Helping people is a privilege, the staff at CSL Plasma is amazing they really care about the donars my experience has been more than satisfying.
I have been gong to CSL plasma in Delhi Ohio for over a year. THe quality of personnel they have employed has slowly declined over this year to the point that I will not be back. THe staff that check you in are always laughing and being disrespectful using foul language and taking about the previous donor they just helped and making fun of them. This continues on to the donor floor where the phlebotomist also like to talk about the donors to the point that I don't know any fellow donors but I feel uncomfortable. THey need to step up the professionalism at this place. Technically it is a medical facility but feels more like an 8th grade locker room.
