CSL Plasma

CSL on bellfort St.in Houston Texas some employees are not courteous and sometimes refuse to give clients water or snack. Streetwalkers walk in off the street and take all the snacks.There are 2 Security officers are on duty the streetwalkers still take snacks from clients.waiting time is longer than need be because there are rows that supervisors dont open up,no explanation for clients?I've seen employees not wiping off beds.Machines for checking in most of the time are not Operable We have to wait for employees to fix it.Other plasma centers are. More hospital to clients!Not a pleasant center! Clients deserve Respect too!

The staff was very nice and friendly was made sure that I felt comfortable with the process. I would suggest CSL plasma for anybody.

Upon going in for the first time I was a little hesitant however the staff at csl plasma center is very welcoming and easy to talk to there friendly and insure your comfortable threw the hole process.

I have contacted their CS by phone 6 times and they've never even tried to solve the issue. It's cost me gaining any rewards points. A couple times I was told a work order was in and someone would contact me, over four months ago and still no call. So, I just stopped trying to get this fixed which is more than likely what they want.

I love everyone here. They're friendly and know what they're doing. I haven't had any problems with my donations.

I'm writing this review with a deep sadden heart. Because I believe most people go in and donate plasma or at the lowest of the low in their life. Meaning I'm only in there because I'm dead $#*! broke and need money to survive. So knowing that myself and assuming the person on the other end knows most people are in that boat has to The reason they are there. I went in there this Sunday April 2nd at
3:00 o'clock. There was two employees still working the bay. As I'm waiting for the man or woman to come assist me the female was approaching me then for whatever reason turns to go do something else the man spoke up and said I got this came over as his assistant made a comment about not catching the blood pressure machine he didn't say a word I said something else he didn't say a word finished up didn't say a word never spoke one word to me. As I'm sitting there the machine begins to process my blood work I overheard him over here him making a comment about the appearance on my knee slash knees. They have bumps cuts for my job. I overhear him saying I'm disgusting. He repeats this one more times and each time you can hear the repulsion in his voice get more vulgar each time. The female tries to ease him but more so tells him that I can hear him and then I was upset. At no point did he try to redeem or explain himself or apologize. Now what I don't understand is people like I said or at the lowest in their lives perhaps why would you ever speak or say or do something that might encourage said person to take actions that could end up taking their own lives. How does she not understand that he gets up and does a Dolly Parton 9 to 5 and most people in there are doing whatever they can to survive. As I sat there the entire time for about 45 minutes never came back she said one word never said anything verbal barely made any eye contact and knowing I was upset the other associate told him I think he's upset never try to make a right not one time. Now it is April 4th the day I'm supposed to go back to maximize my money output and need every time I need so I can pay a bill to keep my electron I don't think I'm going in today if ever again. Remind you I mean not going in today probably means I won't have electricity for at least a few days if not a week. That's how upset I am at the arrogance and attitude of this young man. I haven't got out of bed in 2 days I've seriously contemplated suicide. For this is the third or fourth time that this man has been outright and beyond disrespectful and Ill reproached which is odd because I see him respectful nice to others and most times disgusted that he has to come and help me. Wish I don't understand I've never been rude or disrespectful to anyone there. I've been doing customer service for 25 years 20 plus of those as a server and a damn good one I understand both sides of customer / consumer and the proprietor sides. I don't understand every time I go in there and anyone who lives in there the judgment that all employees at times can gathering on. The concepts of that place is just like a restaurant as far as customer service goes. So I get it but I'm so disgusted disappointed in that place that I'm not sure if I'll ever go back but you need to contact me my name is Kenneth last four are 0760. First thing first, cleanliness nope… second dude let us sit the hell down. Third change your damn gloves. And the little vial they use to test your blood in the beginning. You should pull this out before you stick peoples fingers. If you stick everybody first and then reach into that bottle your contaminating the whole bottle now your sticking a contaminated stick to my open bloody finger. Yeh thats how i catch hep. I will go back to grifols where they pay more and have new machines that ain't loud as hell. Also one more thing dnt tell people they have crappy diets and that they dnt drink enough water. Your not a doctor and you dont know what you are talking about, you are just a phleb. Plus its just not professional sounding. Change your game up folks!

Faith there front in lead manager is EXTREMELY RUDE HAS NO RESPECT FOR THE PEOPLE COMING IN. FEW OTHER LADIES IN THE FRONT I DONT NO THERE NAMES COMPLETELY A MESS.THE FAMILY BEFORE WAS AMAZING THIS NEW STAFF I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND GOING THERE AT ALL I RATHER TRAVEL NORTH FOR THERE ASSISTANCE

Had a great visit to CSL thinks to bri she was sweet very helpful are amazing at her job think bri for being amazing

I have been going to CSL for a little over 5 months and one of the best phlebotomist there is Laura Shreve. Besides being professional in her performance, she is very personable and friendly. That brings the service (donation) up to a new level. Kudos to her.

Staff saw somebody sitting there for a half hour don't answer there phones if you have diabetes forget it they don't want you go find another CSL somewhere else try to one in Parma heights maybe you'll have more luck than the one in Medina Ohio.

I'll start this with the fact that I've only been twice and donated once but this review is of my best friend and her experience (which was 2 hours ago) who was EXTREMELY neglected. She donated for the first time TWO DAYS AGO and went back today to donate again and tested for low iron- TWICE. It being a 37 when the absolute minimum is 39. She asked if she should just go home and donate another day and the nurse said to get in the donor line and wait her turn. Once she got back there they insisted on sticking her back in the fresh hole regardless of the fact she wanted to use the other arm (their excuse was the machine was on that side and didn't offer to move her.) Once they stuck her she continuously had low blood flow causing the machine to beep. Nobody bothered to check on her until she was nauseous and fading in and out! (She did vomit) Not being 100% conscious and able to ask for help she kicked on the chair for attention and texted me to "come inside." I immediately tried to come in but the door was locked and no one would give me attention. I did make it in but nobody would tell me what was going on and made me feel as if I was being out of pocket. After about 10 mins I was told she "was being tended too." After another 5 mins I see her walking to me and she informed me that nobody was concerned for her rapidly declining condition. I am concerned for how they treat others that don't have people there or any medical knowledge. I AM EXTREMELY OUTRAGED AS TO HOW NEGLIGENT AND UNPROFESSIONAL THEY ARE TO THE DONOR AND THEIR FAMILIES. Your job isn't to just take whatever you want, the donor has rights! If you can't follow simple guidelines like the hemocrit test, then what the $#*! are you even qualified to do?

I had a great time at csl plasma it was fast and the employees were nice my overall experience with csl plasma was great.

Csl Plasma Wilton manners is horrible the mangers are rude they talk to the staff and donors like s**t
The manger of the center is a compulsive liar she's clueless to running a company.The bathrooms keeps overflowing while donors are in the center it's a health hazard I have pictures to provide proof they keep cutting down the donation pay it's horrible they always short staffing this place needs to close down
