Feels CSL Plasma was very informational and great customer service and the site was very clean I also called and they were great on the phone very helpful
I was treated so disrespectfully! I was fondled by and humiliated by a man thar worked there! He had a narcissistic attitude toward me the minute I sat down to watch the video... I had my cellphone in my hand but I wasn't looking at it and he walked up to me and said if he caught me looking at it he would make me start the video over. That was my first encounter with him. Everyone else was nice. He did my physical exam and made pulled my shirt up way to far said he needed to check for enlarged organs? I could understand that but he went too far touching me inappropriately. Then pulled me back into his office and told me that I couldn't donate because I had a previous head injury from 2 years ago and said that I would need a doctor to sign off for me to give my consent to give plasma?! Don't go to CSL!
Great place to donate and help. The location is good and convenient. I come 2x a week to make a donation
You put me through so many unnecessary steps. I gave them and more information then they needed. Reason being,I sent all my medical records to CSL. I did not release that to happen. I supposedly did not tell them ( CSL) every single medication. All the long, one excuse after the next.,
Went to the Northland Columbus, Ohio office. It was easy to set the appointment online. Arrived on time and was greeted with a very polite representative. The entire check-in process was lengthy and had repetitive questions/ information but I didn't care. The promise of funds at the end was enticing. There is a screening with a nurse to make sure you are physically able to donate. Then, she walked me back and the technician hooked me up. Normally, you wait in line but your first visit, you get to skip. The initial stick didn't hurt at all, my guy was amazing!
About half way though, I got very hot and they stopped my donation. A technician and nurse came rushing over. The reversed the blood and stopped the collection. They provided me with ice packs and a fan. They stayed by my side the entire time until I was feeling better. I don't think I drank enough water the day before. They asked lots of questions and made sure I was a-okay. I felt very well attended to. The nurse said I donated enough to help others so that made me feel good!
Afterwards, my technician unhooked me and loaded my cash onto my prepaid debit card. On the way out, I picked up my debit card and checked the balance. Omg- I got paid to sit on my duff and give plasma. Going back as soon as I can because this is a great side hustle.
Everyone is friendly.they are quick but good at there jobs.wait times aren't as bad as other plasma places.
Just going through my new donor pay twice i asked for a a manager and never got to talk to one. The staff are cocky my machine kept beeping and i noticed my donation seemed to be paused and not one person came to check my machine i waved and saw that people saw me but i was ignored and had to yell to get someone to check my machine then when it was over the lady taking out the needle was mad because i had to yell and roughly pulled the needle out of my arm and wouldnt even speak to me DO NOT go to the one on Market St in Houston
These guys are amazing. The staff at Riverside CSL are here on Christmas Eve helping donors with smiles on their faces at getting it done. What a blessing to get that extra cash for the holidays!
I absolutely love csl where I am from all the workers are amazing and honestly if you are a frequent donor they pretty much become family. I recently just went through a rough patch in life and workers at csl that I've gotten close with were right there for me. If you live in TN or are thinking about moving and donate you need to check this place out
They were courteous, efficient and clean. Wonderful staff. And I will definitely come back and donate and make this my center.
I love the place, the employees, very nice and professional, everything clean. I super happy my job at this moment is very bad. Is a way to make a litle money out risk. Thanks slc plasma
Jay is a hard worker and I love that he love his job. Jay keep up the good work. You Really Don't Let Anyone Leave Upset Without Leaving.
Fabulous place,earned 800 last month,tax free.please think about it.love the people here.clean,friendly comfortable place.
I like it here it's a great place to donate at there are nice people here they respect u here great people
Deceptive and corporate
CSL Plasma does not properly explain their payment system. Their explanation to me in October was that you would receive $100 for the first two donations in a month and it would break off after that at lower values. Now that I came for the first time in December, it was $55 because apparently even though it's the first time in December per their discussion and explanation to me, it is my fourth time coming. Worse, even the papers hanging on their wall explain that you would get technically $75 for your fourth visit. They didn't even do that. If you are going to offer payments to people for donating plasma, you need to understand how to clearly and concisely explain that process so that this does not happen.
I had a great experience. Doctors were nice and helpful and I will go back again and donate the process was quick and fast I think everyone should try the location in Lawrenceville Georgia
Have you had to skip a few meals? Maybe skipped a few days? Then this is the place for you. Prepare yourself to be treated like cattle and they have only gotten worse over time. I donated 31 times to CSL Plasma and each time I went there were different people working. I bruise easily and I requested a specific person that I usually have doi it so that I won't bruise and, therefore, be ineligible. They wouldn't send that person over because they were busy so they sent thier "most experienced" peson over. They dug around and around until finally they said they couldn't get it and then, of course, the next day I had a huge bruise. When I asked if I could donate out of my other arm they said no because I had a bruise. I informed the person that they had put that bruise there and explained the situation. I was sent to medical for review and then told I couldn't donate for 4 weeks. After all of my donations their new policy said that I couldn't have any bruises regardless of how they got there. I waited 4 weeks and then went back trying to be as patient and understanding as possible. The person at the front drew my protein and said that it was a 23.2. Without any shock in their expression, they said I once again could not donate. I asked them to check it again and they said it was policy to only check it once. I said that is more than 3 times my normal of 7.2 and that also seems unreasonably high. They asked me if I had been drinking water as I pulled my gallon jug that I carry everywhere away from my lips. I said yes and displayed the gallon jug. They did not give me any kind of explanation for the high levels except to say that I need to drink water. I said, clearly, there is an error. I have given many times and never had that high of protein levels. I changed nothing in my diet and explained that I had eaten chicken, rice and brocolli the night before and a bowl of cheerios for breakfast. I asked if I need to seek out a doctor because I was starting to get worried. They said that they couldn't give me any medical advice. I said, alright, then I am done with this place. I said that if I am in some kind of danger you wont even tell me to get medical help. The next day I went to see my doctor and he said they may not have cleaned off the device before they took your sample. This was the nail in the coffin for me with this place. Honestly, out of the 70 people that I had already helped, according to their app, I would not be able to help any more due to their ineptitude and shameful business practices.
I was out of there less than an hour. They only had two on the floor, Miros and Beto, they are the best. They were able to hook up everyone quick. They don't mess around or chat. I love going to donate when Miro's team is on the floor. Best team, thanks to Miros, she is a great leader. Thank you!
Csl is a great place to donate and always have nice employees. People are pretty rare. Csl is one of the coolest places to go!
Great place to donate. The staff is wonderful and kind. The facility is always clean. Fun atmosphere.
