CSL is a horrible place of employment. My boyfriend works there and his hours of work are meant to torture their employees. Three days 1pm to 9pm, 4th day 6am to 2pm, 5th day 6am to 5pm. Two days off then work at 6am. How does anyone work a schedule like this and not lose their sanity. The pay is lousy for the work and responsibility load. Working here will ruin your life and relationships. There is no quality of life working for this company.
They were all really nice and it went quick and easy and it's a great environment full of great people
It's HORRIBLE! Under staffed and sooo very crowded! The line moves like snails. I've walked out twice due to how slow this place is. Don't waste your time. My review is for CSL in Burlington. Horrible!
My experience was awesome! The staff is very kind friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about plasma donation.
I donate to help others and get payed so I have extra Monday for thing I need and or want. Hey are paying more now so? Is why not go and see if you can.
I love it! Best customer service! Will return, and I will reference others to come join the csl family
I went to this plasma center i was waiting for 25 mins just to be seen then i waited for another hour going through questionnaires and tests just for them to tell me that i can't donate and i was not compensated for my time
They told me that I have high level protein beta and CSL Plasma did a blood test last week and today I went to get my result and it is sill a little elevate, however CSL Plasma refuses to give me a printed copy of my own blood test result so I can discuss with my doctor. Isn't that I violation of HIPAA laws? I recommend to skip this place in giving plasma at this center. Very rude and they take a long time to see anyone even though they are the talking and cracking jokes with each other.
Let me start by saying what little staff on the donor floor and front desk staff are amazing! My complaint is against management... lately there has been a great increase of donors (may have something to do with doubling the new donor payout) but they DO NOT have the staff to handle the mass of donors... I am now reduced to staying in lines from 30 to 45 minutes. Which is RIDICULOUS. Management (excl Teddy) will not/have not came out to help!. I'm a regular donor and I usually arrive to the facility around 2pm or shortly after. And to stand in the first line for 20 to 30 minutes and have a new donor (because of policy) get in front of me is onething but to have to wait another 10-15 minutes after that?!. RIDICULOUS!. A suggestion to management.
Maybe you shld think about only accepting new donors from 6am to 1pm... BECAUSE YOY DONT HAVE TBE STAFF TO SUPPORT both new and regular donors. At least until you hire MORE than enough workers... or at least be willing to work the floor YOURSELF... I would take a pic to prove my point but I do recognize the right for privacy and HIPPA... MY next step will be to contact the corporate office... Poor staff. OVERWORKED and UNDERPAID!
15 people in line 12 in chair and 1 person sticking wait time is unbelievable where is the management
I've been there four times everything was fine until the fourth time then I ended up feeling threatened due to the way the people around there were acting towards me the staff person that was handling me was rude and ignorant and it caused other people that were there giving plasma to start being rude and ignorant towards me as well so I felt threatened yes I'm going to go back one more time and try it again see if I have any more issues if I do I will not go back again this is the first time I've ever seen this person working there
Good place to be and love the crew for all their hardwork and dedication and the professional and cleaniness
Friendly staff and service. First visit took a little longer than I expected. Overall good experience.
CSL has a donor referral program in place that is absolutely a lie. They claim to pay $150 for each referral that donates 2x's. Payout should be received within 24 hours afterwards, but it's been two weeks still without even a call back from corporate. The center itself has reached out but they are are still waiting for a call back from corporate. They are a scam just to get more donors. Understand they get up $500 for each donation but don't want to pay you!
If there staff would of looked at my veins right the first time, I would of never had an issue! They didn't do there job and I'll never be able to donate with this company. All because they have lazy people working who don't pay attention to what's what! When I was able to donate at another company with no problem. CSL in canton Ohio has absolutely poor management and lack of skills! Believe me I will get the word out on this location!
I just left the csl plasma center in fayetteville nc and the ridiculed me cuz I have been clean from narcotics for 2 years also wanted me to get paper work from my dr saying I no longer take buspirone and that is not even on the list of medicine that can not be taken while donating. It doesn't seem that they really want my plasma. I have had to jump through so many loops I would rather keep my plasma in me then deal with this hassle. I am as far away from being satisfied with the company that I could not be any more disappointed.
I think everyone should try it u might like. What good things they do to save lives and they help understand what ur doing. To help others out in this world
Great place friendly staff great service over all fantastic way to make money and help people I love doing this for my community
Today, this location bathrooms were out of order but it's encouraged to drink lots of water before donating. They had already took my vitals before disclosing that information. I had to use the restroom and was encouraged by the staff that it was ok to go somewhere to use the restroom. When, I got back I was told my vitals had to be redone which was fine but they wanted me to wait in line to see the nurse to have vitals check and that was not okay. It was not my fault their bathroom was out of order. I wasted 1 hour and half of my life for nothing.
They are very helpful and makes you feel welcome and a part of the CSL family. I would refer a friend or a family member
