I told them as I walked out middle finger high in the air that I would tell everybody they suck! They make you wait forever, and defer you for B. S. it's kinda like they pick and choose and the Nurses there do NOT whisper when they talk to you. They make it so that everybody in line knows your business! Very snotty!
I had a very positive experience at CSL Plasma in Wilkins Township PA. Everyone was detailed and informative thru the process. The actual giving of plasma went quickly 47min. But beforehand there a thorough screening. Be sure to eat before you go and drink water. I will be going again soon. And plan to continue.
This place is a waste of my $#*!ing time I went there one time to donate plasma and waited a while then went back three more times just to be turned away $#*! them waste people's time
Beware of this company. They falsely reported I had Hepatitis B and put me on the banned donors list. I am in the process of suing them. They are understaffed, untrained, and don't care about donors. They hurry to get your plasma. They have me a hematoma twice in one year. They should be out of business.
Always a great visit. All the employees here are very pleasant to be around. Come earlier the better, otherwise you might be waiting in line a while.
I have been twice this week yes it's backed up but come on people isent it everywhere they are trying their best and doing what they can. But I can't remember her name but the Spanish lady with the pink is awesome gets us in and out fast as she can wile doing her job correctly..
Always a problem at CSL Trenton NJ. The head nurse is very rude and acts like she's doing me a favor. They never calibrate the machines especially the scale. One day I went I weighed 230 pounds, 2 days later I'm 204. So your saying I lost 26 pounds in 2 days? Last year the same nurse asked me what I eat because I lost weight. 20 pounds over a 6 month period. First off I gain weight over the winter months then I lose weight over the summer... I install flooring for a living and in NJ we have high humidity. You sweat like a dog in Chinese restaurant. The crazy thing is every time I get Sent home it's by the same nurse. A few weeks ago some guy freaked on her. He told her to go F herself because it's always her that turns him down, hes not the only one because she does the same to me. After I write my review I'm calling CSL headquartersThis person. SHOULD NOT be working there. Maybe after she grows up and learns how to talk to people. I'm also calling the Department of weights and measures because these scales are not accurate.

There very nice. And they try there hardest to get you in and out. And there very fast. There some of kindest people ever.
They just waste your time lie to you about everything won't let anybody donate if you prick your finger six years ago they're gonna tell you can't donate if your little toe is discolored they won't take blood out of your arm this place is a joke anybody who goes here waste their time
Plasma center in South Portland Maine I want to say thank you to a nurse that works there there are two of them who I am very pleased to have take care of me when I go in and be very patient with me when I am in there I would like to say their names it is a HIPAA law I like to say thank you to one of the nurses that starts with a L and the other nurse that start with C I believe both of those nurses are amazing and very patient with us as patients I want to thank you guys from the bottom of my heart for being patient with me and understanding where I'm coming from and I want to say thank you to the crew outback that does are Plasma they are very amazing people they go above and beyond thank you so much for being kind and very compassionate how are you guys doing for your job Lisa Mullins
I've been a donor for four straight years. Very loyal. Got a platinum card an they don't even know how it works. An I'm not getting double points either.
CSL Lincoln Park Michigan Donation Center 101 where do I start short staffed for many years now they shorten their hours making it much tougher to donate they do not hesitate to lock the doors early and open later when they have no help. When going in to get screened employees always talking with each other laughing and acting like they haven't seen each other in years instead of concentrating on work. If you want to speak to a manager there it is the person who has been there the longest and showed up that day for work! They say come donate save lives well let me tell you the center needs to actually be open and staffed to do that!
CSL Northland Plaza... I was treated very rudely by on-duty manager Allison & several other workers there. For a new donor this was a terrible experience. They treated me like a number instead of a valued donor
When you have to wait 1 to 2 hours before you even get to the donation bed, it is unacceptable. This has been my experience the last 4 times. You should NEVER have to wait more then 15 minutes. I will be going to Biolife to see how they care about their donors.
Edit: has improved a tad bit the last couple times. Just a tad.
CSL Plasma is GRRRREEDY!
I honestly started enjoying my time there especially since I started learning everyone's names and the rules. I do not know why but, I also feel safe there. But, bump all that now since I have discovered from 5 employees who also donates that they get $100 each time they donate.
They want you to remain underpaid so that you will need them every week.
At the most they will pay a donor $60 but, THEY WILL PAY THEIR EMPLOYEES $100 EACH DONATION.
Not only are they NOT FAIR, NOT ETHICAL, THEY ARE CARELESS AND DO NOT VALUE THE DONORS!
WEEEEE do not have to donate AT ALL!
We deserve to be treated fairly and compensated PROPERLY!
WE ARE NOT VALUED AND WE ALSO DO NOT GET TO USE SANITIZED EQUIPMENT!
I have complained at four different CSL PLAMAS about CSL NOT cleaning after every donor. And for me ONLY, as far as I know, they will clean ONLY when I ask, SINCE I HAVE AND WILL COMPLAIN ABOUT WHAT'S RIGHT! They claim to follow the OSHA Guidelines but my file says they are not.
IF YOU DON'T ASK, YOU ARE LITERALLY GETTING DIRTY/CONTAMINATED ITEMS USED ON YOU.
Blood Pressure Cuffs, Finger Print, Pins, Thermometer, the Tables and Chairs in each booth you are called too. As well as the donor room.
And that's the truth, no sugar coating!
We can leave when we want and return later.
SO I HAVE CONSIDERED OTHER DONATION COMPANIES just to get their promotion rate. CSL doesn't care about us anyway.
And I will gladly not donate for a set amount of time and MAYBE I will donate with CSL again one day but right now they are foul...
Right now, WE ALL ARE BEING CHEATED! WE ARE BEING CHEATED! WE ARE BEING CHEATED! And just because we may not have money doesn't mean make matters worse by under paying us as we help save lives. FOUL!
Anything Under $100 is FOUL!
At this time, we are standing in long lines lasting 4-5 hours at some locations just to get our donation in.
We will not leave if we are paid more. We will be able to donate sooner since this will be considered a second job for some. And the only source of income for MOST of us.
Due to covid -19 and all of the jobs lost, CSL Plasma still prefers to pay us $60 and the employees who donates less $100.
Times Up! I am tired!
We all are!
Passing out water and crackers will no longer work for me and lots of people have left including some employees since even $100 is an insult!
There's BIO Life and many more places that may value us more.
Temporary promotions for only new donors will not cut it ANYWHERE!
Temporary promos equals Temporary donors NEW/OLD.
Our Plasma SAVES LIVES!
That alone should be not only recognized BUT VALUED AND COMPENSATED PROPERLY AT LEAST.
AT THE VERY LEAST, PAY US WHAT THE EMPLOYEES ARE BEING PAID,
OR AT LEAST BE CLOSE TO FAIR PAYING US $175-$200 PER DONATION SINCE OUR PLASMA REALLY PAYS 2.7 BILLION every year to companies like CSL Plasma.
LOOK AT WHAT (WE)THE DONORS ARE BRINGING TO YOUR COMPANY.
If we decided to stop now, There will be limited working hours for the employees to donate. You're pretty much out of business!
The rules set right now is out of greed and carelessness.
So just like companies grow & some fail.
Most people are serious about their money and being treated equally and fairly. So the stunts CSL is playing right now has an expiration date.
We will all leave at different times but we are leaving for sure, until the pay equals or exceeds what the employees are getting to donate.
There is always something going on at CSL Plasma. Long lines because their short staff, or Machines breaking down. I'm almost to the point to stop donating and find extra money eleswhere, but I'm enjoying helping peoples lives and I really don't want to quit. If y'all need new computer systems and machine go ahead and get them because y'all make the money to do it. Also hire relit and dedicated people that's going to come to work when they suppose to.
I went in parma csl today at 422 pm they only had one vitals checker and I waited a hour in line to get checked I left at 540 and still wasn't in the chair to donate they only had two people on the floor no reception it was awful I cancelled my visit and walked out not to ment the line was too the door
People don't have all dang day to wait! Needs a better process to get people in and out! Waste of time!
Most of you guys are real nice. You guys do your job well in I always smile when I'm there you guys have good hearts for helping us especially with the pandemic going on so thank you guys for everything you do-juvoncia
Csl is a great place to donate Plasma! They are kind, professional, and the pay is really good compared to other Plasma centers.
