CSL Plasma

2 hour waits are common and that is before you even get to the donation section. I have walked back out the last 7 of 10 times that I have been there. Don't bother, until they fix their negligence. Perhaps a "by appointment " status like other places have are needed. This is the Wyoming, mi. Location.

There's a very friendly staff and it's very comfortable when you come to do a donation thank you for everything

They entered my weight 100lbs more than I weigh. I am 130lbs, and my weight for donating was entered as 230lbs. A horribly serious mistake by some girl who had been there for a long time. The place is so dirty, and very unorganized. The employees are not trained very well at all and cannot answer simple questions about the process of donating.
I will never return. I will not stop telling others how horrible my month of donating went.

Very good service. Everyone is very friendly and they are always very alert on your well being. Always asking you if you feel alright and always answering all of your questions.

Brittany so not professional likes to whisper in co workers ears gossip alot nothing is being done about it periodddd. If this is like health field it should always be professional u dont pretend to be nice to get people write reviews for u when only people professionnel is Sarah, guy with fteckles, Lady with pony tail locks, the rest like brittany, a female with bumps alll on her face with red dreads, and a short lady with braids cool with brittany are alll not professionnal and it needs to be known. When dave or Management not thier they act like will fix the issue all are cool and thats not right then they will tey to band u from questions when u have complaint and will go to higher management dave etcccc She needs to do better etccccc

Well it is the worse wait time in and out is just through the roof. Ive never had to wait so long to get money for plasma that they are making a fortune off of. I would suggest going elsewhere or not doing it at all because you can expect to wait atleast 2hrs and as much as 4hrs in the center on Riverside drive Chattanooga. Take you 34 minutes to actually donate rest of the tome you stand in lines with drug addicts and smelling of pot with about everyone who walks thru the door. Its just not worth sitting and waiting for hours RUN

Brittany pretends to be professional. At walters lane district Heights one and is not she gossips all the time about people coming in amd can hear her talk $#*!tt she will get slapped and i am going to report her to higher management makes my visit not ok seriously need camera repeat her say stuff dont play with me tho.

This place is a joke, at least the branches in my city. I went in twice, two days in a row, I made it through all of the tests, etc, no problem. It was only when I got to the very last part, minutes away from donating, that I was told that I could not due to some slight wheezing in one area of my left lung. Ridiculous, especially considering the other people there who were allowed to donate. Most of them looked like strung-out addicts whose bodily fluids I would not let anywhere near me even if it meant my death. So I go back the next day as was suggested by the nurse. The next day there is a different woman who tells me that "It had to be more than that ( the slight wheezing) I wouldn't have been disqualified based solely on that" I assure her that everything else was perfectly fine, which she confirms via my chart. Then after saying that I would not be disqualified solely because of that, she listens to my lungs then tells me there is still a slight wheeze and I won't be able to donate.
She then rather aggressively starts interrogating me proclaiming that I must smoke. I do not. I have asthma and am never completely free from some amount of wheezing. And never mind all of the people who were allowed to donate and were also outside smoking. I guess it is only wheezing due to asthma that is unacceptable. Needless to say, I did not bother going back.

I am proud of the Plasma team on Assembly. The staff works hard and still make it happen with a small under staffed facility.

I've always liked helping people, this is a good way to do that and put some money in my pocket! I would suggest CSL in Springdale, AR as I have always found the staff to be pleasant and thankful!

Unbelievably slow. Not well run on the donor floor at all! Staff don't seem to care that your here donating your TIME too.

CSL plasma on 11th Street in Rock Island that is the worst place to ever go donate do not go there you will be so disappointed their staff is so slow most of them are overweight can't breathe the other ones are too busy worried about how well their hair looks and walking around looking lost they are not helpful and they do not pay all the other plasma companies are paying $1,000 to the new donors for the first 10 visit not CSL plasma come to CSL plasma and get $650 bucks that is the lowest place they are robbing you they are stealing from you this is exactly what they're doing and they fired all the good people who was trying to stand up for the people that come there and they kept all these other people who were overweight and then they got the guy James running the place and they've done nothing but fall off the map since he became manager he is rude and I honestly I can't wait to see them get closed down on 11th Street that's how bad it is that facility needs to be shut down there's a couple of the females that stick people there and I hope to see him up on 23rd avenue where they're going to get treated way better than what CSL plasma could ever treat them

I signed a one yr contract as BA. I turned down other jobs because CSL stated they needed me desperately, Assist Director ended the contract in 9 weeks ( the week of Thanksgiving!) what a liar! No job for the Holidays! Laptop had no sound card the ports didn't match the cables the director wouldn't order hub until weeks of showing the cables for monitors did not work! Do not work for this assistant IT Director who lies about a yr contact when it is really only for 9 weeks!
Total waste of time and effort!

Most of the staff is friendly and professional and makes the process easier and helps you be less nervous if it's your first time donating!

The people are nice and the place is clean. Some do there Job great and some are okay. But take it from me... A word of Advice. Warning in Disguise. Dont ever run late on your day. My leasson was learned and I'll never be late. Much rather stand in a long line. Then ever run late again on my date.so be far warned on your day.if you can help it don't be late. Arrive way before 6 on this day. You'll no that it's me. I'll never be late. I'll be in the long line with no more to say. Take it from me my lesson was learned. It happened to me... I'm telling the truth never run late to your plasma date and if you don't believe just try it one day.and why you laying there pumping your fist... repeat over and over this comment you read... A warning for all. A word of Advice if you can help it don't ever run late on your plasma day.

They do good work try to get you in and out they help you with good service. The process is easy.its helps to save lives and I'm all for living for the better

The staff here is great. They are nothing less than exemplary and provide excellent quality with care and compassion. They made the experience easy and understandable. They all deserve a raise jus for being so good at what they do!

Like Walmart this place takes advantage of lower middle class to poor areas in how it ghettotizes an area further in both people and service. Like Walmart on a weekend or holiday expect long waits and poor service from a place so chronically under staffed in the front you see employees standing around in the back!
I went in twice one week on a Wednesday and Thursday. On Wednesday their one technician who tested blood didn't even show. When I asked and complained as to why they still had 2 employees taking blood pressure and processing but no movement on the line I was told if I Didn't like it I could leave. I did. I returned the next day 2 see 2 technicians processing people to have blood tested but only one tester who moved molasses slow! Both days were early in the morning. I complained and was politely told they didn't care. If you want the
Walmart experience of being treated like a second class citizen then this is the place for you. If not? Then avoid this ghetto crackerjack establishment
