CSL Plasma

I went to donate today. 5 people working the donor floor, with 4 donors already seated and donating. Nobody setting up seats, and they were all too busy $#*!ing about everyday bull$#*! going on at home. The donor across from me started to feel bad, and all the workers gathered around that person. One worker fanning the donor whole the others watched. Needless to say, I was not happy to see a staff larger than the number of donors, and nothing getting done to get me stuck. I decided my time is more valuable than what they think, so I got out of the chair and left. I complained to the people at the front desk, and they asked me if I had a few minutes to talk. Well, if they would be doing their job, I would, but since nearly 45 min elapsed, I figured their idea of a few minutes would be another 45 min.
I will go back one more time this week, but they are going to have to pay me for the time spent today.
If they don't get things straight. Im done. That's a real shame that people who rely on plasma for treatment are not getting what they need from a place like this. Turnover rate must be extremely high here.

It would be great if I didn't have to stand in line for 2 hours to donate... IT WOULD BE EVEN BETTER IF YOUR STAFF WASN'T HARASSING AND THREATENING TO THROW PEOPLE OUT FOR SITTING DOWN B/C THEY ARE TIRED FROM STANDING IN LINE FOR 2 HOURS. Evil little troll woman patrols the lines and bothers people instead of doing anything useful.
By the way, anyone know how to change a light bulb?

They obviously don't clean the machines right or don't tell you exactly how bad the risks really are if their disinfectants don't completely work. I caught hepatitis a, plus an upper respiratory infection/ sinus infection from their bug machine. I landed in the hospital with the spins and barfing with the runs. Not worth $100 bucks for this hellish risk.

I am a Platinum Donor for more than 2 years, and I have been getting $60 a Donation before receiving a $40 monthly bonus. Now CSL has reduced my 1st weekly donation to $55, and the 2nd weekly donation $60 along with a $10 bonus. So that at the end of the month They can say that They gave me a $40 bonus for the month, but in actuality CSL reduced my base payment by $20 a month. This is scandalous and poor marketing tactics. I think I should take my donations to another Company, who would appreciate my loyalty and commitment, and be more honest.

I'ved donated hundreds of times over the years at different clinics (talecris, octapharm) and have never had even a tiny inkling of a bruise. My veins are giant and impossible to miss. Well some half asleep inept phlebotomist stabbed through the vein and I didnt notice at the time but it hurt way worse than normal. Next day this bruise had formed and I took the pic just to show friends because of how dramatic and huge it looked. I wasn't angry or anything since mistakes happen. However a week later after I let it heal and mostly fade I went back to donate on my other arm and they told me I couldnt because of the now mostly faded bruise that THEY caused. It'd be funny if I wasnt there because I actually needed the money. They didnt investigate, ask who did it, what the incident entailed, nothing. Just deferred and sent me on my way. That lady is probably still in there tearing veins up to this day. They make you sign waivers fine but that shouldn't give them the right to do this to people.

The staff at CSL plasma at ina and thornydale are good but the female medical staff member is incompetent and an embarrassment to the profession. I'll update my review with her name once I find out what it is

Some and employees are amazing and care about you. Other slacker employees need to just stock the supplies and clean the Facility

I have been going to CSL plasma on riverside dr for about 7 months. It is a way for me to have a supplemental income during these trying times, plus I'm helping to save lives. However the rudeness of certain staff members are appalling! Sharri or Charri or whatever however her name is spelled is just ridiculously rude and obnoxious. You cannot speak to her if you don't know her and I had to find out the hard way. I came in and waved and she all but cussed me out for it. " Don't act like you know me", was her exact words in front of a bunch of people I don't know. I was thoroughly embarrassed and had to muster up the confidence to stay and get my plasma drawn. I am never going back but if more people felt like I did, she would be out of work! How can you be a public servant with such a nasty attitude? I'm never going back!

Website and APP from CLS Plasma says make appointment, Once i got to the place i am being told it is on a walk in basis. Website also does not say that SSN card is needed. Then they tell me W2 is ok. W2's form my company the ssn are x-ed out only the last 4 show, so they say that does not work. I show a W2 from 2018 witht he SSN showing. That does not work because it was 5years ago. I ask if they think i change my ssn every year? No common sense. To difficult. Will not go back. You want to donate but if it is that difficult i rather stay home. Thanks for nothing CLS Plasma

The last time I donated, had a few problems with flow. Staff was wonderful in taking care of me. Finished donation and off I went.

I have been donating for 2 months now and have always received A+ service. Workers are always nice and attentive.

If you're going to donate plasma I would not suggest using csl plasma the staff is incredibly rude the equipment looks ancient but the biggest thing is this app is truly incredibly rude at least the one at the Cherry Hill New Jersey location

So we went to donate at your facility- my daughter and I. First time wait is 3 hours. Ok no problem. Forgot my Social Security card but my daughter had everything. Ok so I'll wait until next time right? I mean I'll be driving her home if she feels faint or so she can sip some juice while relaxing. Masks aren't required but I have one on anyway and there's no one else in their expansive, cooled waiting room. Then I was told I couldn't wait there since I'm not able to give blood. What? I' m a potential future patient with my daughter there to have her blood drawn but I can't even quietly sit in a corner of the "waiting room" to wait? So where do I wait for 3 hours for my daughter? Well how about outside in the broiling heat. Yeah that's where I waited without them giving me even a second thought or explanation or concern for that of my health. My car's air conditioner doesn't work that well and I have a heart condition. I'm obviously a senior but too bad! I was treated horrendously. I sat in my car risking heat stroke, having heart arrhythmias after some time while they supposedly were drawing blood. Two and a half hours later my daughter comes out upset and tells me they didn't even have the right size needle to draw the blood. What were they doing for 2 and a half hours while I overheated outside? Maybe it'll help someone else before they consider using this business in the future. Way to go CSL Plasma! Thanks for your care and concern for your visitor's time and safety—well at least until you're no longer useful. Sorry no proof o purchase- obviously. Actual Score MINUS 10 out of 10. Won't be back under any circumstances.

I donated plasma for my first time this week at CSL Plasma on William Penn Highway in Monroeville, PA. I had a very pleasant experience. The staff was attentive, they worked very well as a cohesive team, and the facility was spotless. The process was exactly as described on their app (which is a fantastic app!) and I felt valued the entire time. I will be recommending this facility to my friends and family.

I love coming here. Stuff are friendly and respectful. New ones need more training on sticks but other than that great place.
