U was going to call for a year untill I slipped on ice broke ribs and got nemuna and was in hospital after I was better went in to donate and was told I couldn't donate because I did tell them I copd wich I don't have I talk them they did not want to hear they said I would never be able to donate ever go to another place there terible

There will be a lot of people on line (more than 4) and the staff will be congregated around the check in area discussing their personal business (which is not a problem) the problem is all these people are waiting and there is one person checking all these people in. This is unprofessional and not customer service centered who atmosphere is like they (CSL) is doing us (the donors a favor) when in actuality none of them would have a job if not for donors and this fact is forgotten about. Based on business history the management team should know what days and hours of operations are busy and staff accordingly so people can get in and get out. I don't want to hear about staffing issues that's why it slow because at any given time there are people just standing around. The they have the nerve to assert their perceived power with signs threating that if anyone is standing by the door before they open is subjet to be deferred and even worse in the name of covid only to have people lined up and not requiring social distances (come one the COVID gig is up) either do all or nothing. The other signs threating to defer if one site in the empty booth chairs. HELLO if they had a better management team they understood scheduling and a customer service centered atmosphere and did have these poor people standing around so long that problem would be minimized.

Further, most people from what I have observed/and spoken to people need the money and are treat as such instead of donors that are helping others. This place is not Customer Centered and based on business practices (endorsed culture) that I have observed this behavior is not going to change anytime soon.

First they couldn't find my vein, so they constantly moved the needle around then my machine keeps messing up so i've been sitting here for an hour being told it should only take 30 minutes since i'm small. This entire time it's been taking my blood but not the plasma. They continued to move my needle around and then say they wanna try the other arm. If i could give zero stars i would, this was a horrible first experience.

I've been donating plasma to help pay for a 5000. 00 surgery a rescue pup needed. Most of the staff are nice people. My biggest gripe is they don't offer anything to drink. The 1st donation they gave a pack of crackers and a small Gatorade. They never offer it again. I asked for a Gatorade the 4th donation because I was thirsty and they told me only 1st time donators get that. So I had to wait 1 1/2 hours to get something to drink after I was done. They say to drink plenty of fluids before and after you donate, yet this place only gives it the 1st time? That really rubs me wrong. I probably won't donate plasma again after i get this puppy surgery paid for. You know darn good and well they are making a lot of money off your plasma and they refuse their donators a. 50 Gatorade and don't even offer water? That's just wrong to treat people like that. EVERY PLACE I HAVE EVER DONATED BLOOD, OFFERS REFRESHMENTS BEFORE AND AFTER YOU DONATE AND THANKS YOU FOR THE DONATION, NOT THIS PLACE.

I have donated at CSL in Hillsboro, OR numerous times. CSL sent me a bonus to return when I had taken 3 months off. I went in and donated and never got the bonus. Called the center and customer service and all I got was snark or "we will start a ticket". Then told I need to go back to the center and tell them. After 2 people couldn't figure it out, I thought I finally got assistance. Got part of the bonus but not the whole bonus I was entitled too. I have sent 3 on line requests for help, no answer. Now being told I have to donate again to get it. That won't happen as I will not return to CSL again. Don't donate unless you are guaranteed you will get your money.

After being ignored by the nurses at the counter, I asked one of the guys in line how long will it take being my 1st time. Two people said "at the least 4 hours" And if you miss your schedule, they drop the price they pay by over half. A friend of mine in a hospital told me the hospital pays over $1k for plasma. Won't go back, make you wait like animals, then make 10 times the money of you. Not Me. Springfield Mo.

This business shouldn't be open. They opened up this center without thinking of demand. They have a lot of Donors but no machines. Clearly they didn't think of this before opening up this place. This is why you don't rush and open up a business that's not ready for the demand. It's common sense! Go to other centers where they pay more and less wait time

1st time donator at CSL in Hillsborough this girl went pretty good I just had a small problem with the machine but other than that everything went great looking forward to going again on Friday nice and clean Queen I appreciate that and the people are wonderful

I built up a balance of over $1,000 so CSL Plasma closed my account, blocks me from accessing my funds and will not let me donate any more. Trevor Case and others violate my civil rights, threatened me, they defamed my character, they were very hostile and even stole personal property from an employee named Jonah in my presence. They followed me in a hostile way that made me believe that they might physically assault me, so I had to get loud so people would start watching.

This facility is fairly new, about 2 months old. I don't know about their other facilities but this one is full new people not knowing how to draw blood at all. I have been 4 times to make sure I didn't just have a couple bad experiences. Everytime has been bad and always an issue with these people sticking and drawing blood. I always had bruising created around needle area all 4 times. Bruising caused by either the bad insert of the needle or no pressure when taking the needle out. The lack of knowledge and caring about the issues is a big red flag. When there is an issue you should have to watched for 15 minutes before leaving, but I was able to walk right out the door. Again lack of caring and protection to the people. Workers are always talking to each other having fun conversations instead of concentrating on the customers they are with and what they are doing. I went to other plasma companies and this one is by far the worst and most unprofessional. The money is not that good to go here. Advice, go elsewhere.
