They rude asf won't go back stuck me hard n got smart after I asked to use another arm told me no stuck me anyway on July 3 at 2

Great experience, great staff, clean, very professional. When you walk in your greeted by staff and there is a lounge area to sit and do the sign in from your phone and kiosks to do your sign in from there. The facility is clean. The bathroom is also very clean. Nelson was great at finding the perfect vein and the process was not painful at all.

Why do they pay $100 for your first 8 visits then decrease to $50 and still take the same amount of plasma? Plasma is a billion dollar industry. This is why I stopped donating.

Be careful, their staff is not knowledgeable about needle work.
After missing the vein in my left arm I got a serious hematoma in my right arm.
Afterwards I was treated as if I did something wrong.
Seems shady.

The Staff is amazing it's always a nice setting and environment, London stuck me today, I didn't even feel it, it was a great stick, definitely recommend.

From the time I walked in through the door until the time I left it was beyond great, couldn't find anything bad about anything.

CSL Plasma in Salem Or. Makes you feel as comfortable as possible when donating, and have friendly staff. I would recommend CSL Plasma when donating Plasma.

So my app told me I have 9 days left of my 45 as new/returning donor which means it's 100 worth the trip so I get there donate and am told 52 was my amount so they claim it's 30 days to get in ur first 8 donations for 100 now so the app isn't right now and lied to me wasting my time and gas cause for the trip I make I won't for no less then 100 cause they stay packed and ain't none of them in no hurry best believe that so something I can do in hour maybe less they drawn out to 3-4 plus just simply cause they can they getting hourly pay. Either way don't believe the center or app they all full of it. The other picture is were they take points randomly day(s) before while I'm logging in daily. These money hungry animals charge out the rear for the things made from plasma yet what we get isn't crap but when I'm expecting 100 for my visit and only get 52 and told they'll send it to it department cause it does say that but is wrong wtf I am so upset

The lines have been packed all day, some staff were suppose to be off already, but due to high volume they have to stay and help! They're working hard together as a team with smiles on their faces like nothing is even wrong! My day is going good now because of the mood they're in!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I earned $780 in bonuses over a year ago that I have yet to receive. No one will give me any answers or updates or return my calls. When I call corporate, they just refer me back to the GJ center or even tell me they can't help me if I'm not a current donor. I'm beyond mad that this hasn't been resolved over a year later.

Every time I set foot in this place I am met with ineptitude. They are slower than molasses on Pluto, they routinely like wreck my arm and leave LOTS of bruising, and then it's "oops! Sorry!" Ummm NO. AVOID.

The staff who do the initial vitals and processing procedures at the CSL Hamilton NJ location are lazy, unprofessional and inconsiderate. The line of donors waiting to get processed could be 3 or 4 long while ONLY 1 staff member can be found straggling to reduce the number of donors, while their colleagues can be found talking amongst themselves about everything from their kids to weekend plans. This is consistent behavior which equates to a severe lack of professionalism. Clearly they're here to receive a paycheck. Because patient care isn't a priority.
