After I tried a few travel sites, I `ve seen hidden expenses not mentioned and when you get the final figures it is completely different from their adverts, and when I contacted Crystal travels I had a fee that was better than any one else and they took my payment over the phone without going through different links, and the whole experience was over in a few minutes, the E tickets were in my email within minutes, no hassle, no hidden extras and a very pleasant person (Jose)who also offered to do any thing I might require after the sale and he did that as I asked for special assistance in the airport, I wish him and Crystal travels every success, I will not use any other in my future travels.

I just had an incredible experience booking my flight from Birmingham (BHX) to Delhi with the help of Harris from Crystal Travel. He was extremely professional, patiently cleared all my doubts, and provided the best booking experience.

Why don't you share PNR (Passenger Name Record) number? Prior to making the booking I did ask if PNR number will be shared. I was advised this this will be. I had to constantly chase for this. Why don't you share PNR (Passenger Name Record) number? IATA Resolution 830d, effective June 1,2019, requires travel agents to include passengers' contact details (mobile/email) in the Passenger Name Record (PNR) or via NDC before ticketing. This ensures airlines can directly inform passengers during disruptions like delays or cancellations.

My Dad has used crystal Travel quite a few times because of competitive prices and because crystal travel agent Jose attends to his requirements in a very polite and efficient manner My experience recently was equally good and would probably use Crystal Travel and Jose in future
Complaint
I searched a confirm family ticket from a www.cheapflights.com... paid money 40 days in advance to Crystal travels which was allocated by cheapflight as a best deal.
On the date of travel when I went to airport for check-in... the airlines refused to accept ticket issued by Crystal travel as a valid ticket.
When I called Crystal travel for explanation... the customer service (Angelina) shamelessly asked for more money or said take a refund!
Nightmare right!

Just got back from Marmaris (Turkey) holiday that we booked with Crystal Travel. Their website is quite easy to use and the deals really better as compared to other companies, at least that's by our experience. Our holiday this year cost just over £359 for each for 4 star (Club Dorado) hotel for 7 nights on the beach front. There are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel and the Thursday market is a popular attraction. The hotel is a 15 minute walk to Marmaris main road. We really enjoyed the bars and the market. The hotel staff were very warm & friendly and we got to know them through crystal. The hotel was the way described on the website and we got what we agreed on. The details over the website were very reliable and by word, their blog on the city was also very helpful. Overall a great holiday at a good price.
