Very poor customer service, they will inundate you with numerous nonsense requests. High spreads and fees. Very Mickey Mouse.
If they respond to this review, I'm sure it will be to contact them which has been attempted numerous times to no avail, hence the review.
There are other, much better platforms to use to trade crypto.

Thanks for this platform. It's crazy how Cryptocom as a company is yet to be put on the blast for the atrocities they have been doing! It goes from closed accounts to people not being able to trade their money back into their accounts. You can google Spirassp and Crypto Scam Defense (CSD) as they are helping people recover from this day light robbery. They locked and closed my account with $11,452 in it giving all sort of excuses claiming they had they rights without no real explanation but luckily I got my money out and ran faraway from Cryptocom.

Hello my name is Richard Price and my experience with crypto.com has been nothing but a nightmare... I've been trying to withdrawal funds now for quite sometime and it seems nobody cares or has tried to fix the problem... You see they put a 24 hr. Hold on funds when trying to withdrawl for security reasons but here's the problem ITS BEEN DAYS and nobody cl cares... Please don't make the same mistake I did because nobody should have to go through this... All they care about is your money and advertising with the Lakers... also if they were that good they would offer more of the crypto thats gonna make you money... they only have a small amount that's worth anything... So again if your new be careful don't make a mistake because there is no one who cares... true story worst customer service ever

I staked $4000 for a card, however, I never received a card. It has been 75 days. My money locked, as I was mislead and never given the product advertised by Crypto.com the visa card. Also I cannot transfer my fund to my external bank account. Beware. I would not do business with Crypto.com.

Do not think of putting your money here, they're not sincere at all, if you wish to invest in a more legitimate and trustworthy company, then visit profitinvesttrade. Com, as they have a very high ROI and guarantee a successful withdrawal.

Quest'app per comprare e rivendere criptovalute è pubblicizzata tantissimo e ovunque su internet, anche perchè c'è questa promozione che regalerebbe 25$. Purtroppo quello che però non c'è scritto è che per riceverli è necessario depositare ben 350 € sull'app! Soldi che vengono convertiti in criptovalute e che quindi non si sa se si riusciranno a ricevere aumentati, diminuiti o dello stesso valore. The company seemed really nice, and I ended up ignoring the bad reviews I had seen. I opened the account successfully, deposited some "test" money, and moved into a hardware wallet. Then, I did a real transaction depositing a more substantial amount, and they locked my account and didn't resolve it yet. I heard that some people are having over 30 days waiting for the account to be unlocked. And, to be worse, these cryptocurrencies are falling in price and they will not bear the loss!

Horrible customer service, worst support, they don't answer, they charge fees every opportunity they get. And the signing bonus ( remained unlocked), overall if you don't want to lose your money fast stay away from this site, once you deposit, you will ha e very hard times to see your money, no one answers your questions.

Everything seemed to be fine not until I wanted to withdraw my funds. I got an email that my account was blocked and I was requested to send some additional documents which I did but I was so unlucky with them because they kept asking for more documents which I sent to them reluctantly.
