They scam you at every turn. Fees are unbelievable but the biggest problem is when you sale the price they quote is always way below the price on every other platform. Customer service is useless and always says price fluctuates. Was going to sell AXS, Crypto.com sale price $17.57 and Kraken and FTX price at same time is $18.13. I checked and last time today price was at $17.57 was 3 to 4 hours ago. I'm transferring at any cost to get away. Use another platform this is their norm.

I had a few hundred dollars on crypto that I'd started a couple of years ago. I moved back from Australia to the UK and needed to change my phone number from an Aussie to UK one. I went through the chat options and they asked me for proof of address. I provided a DBS certificate which is a UK government police check. The staff member then told me they can't change my number and I have to start a new account from scratch. So I essentially have lost access to this money as I can't receive any kind of OTP code or verify who I am (that not my phone number anymore). I can easily prove who I am, I can send my passport, provide further proof of address, but they aren't interested. I think this may be a way of stealing your money, or at least there must be something in it for them. So think hard before choosing to use crypto.com, do you want to risk losing access to your investment further in the future due to poor customer service? I've got to start from scratch now. I'll be using a competitor who is more trustworthy and at least has better customer service. I would recommend avoiding crypto.com

This "App" is designed to not let you deposit your money back into your account. It's more-as the app that you throw $300 in, and you never see it again. So, if you or your kids are looking to buy some stocks I would recommend Robinhood.com. Very easy to use, very easy to deposit your money back into your account and on top of that not only can you buy crypto currency's; you can buy other stocks as well.

I was restricted from my account and i had $178,000 that was stuck in there i was so depressed until a friend told me to reach out to the best and trusted recovery company and i did sent them a mail " support@ globlerecovery. Com i was surprised they facilitated the retrieval of all my lost funds that was stuck in this Crypto in just few day.

This is why they can do anything they want with your money robbing your crypto card, your balance or even your earned bonus!
They will charge you EXTRA 200-300% of the purchase value for nearly each transaction paid by their Crypto card blaming the merchant and saying that you'll get it back in 28 days! So, they hold your money illegally for a month or so! There is no any notifications of returned charge, is not even possible to track a refund.
First it happened at Asda petrol station - fuelled for £31, paid £75! Their excuse? Read the article! Do you know what's in there? They reserve a right to charge you extra at restaurants, petrol stations, hotels and. (ready?). Any service oriented purchases! That's 99% of all if your transactions made by let's say Blue card!
This is not everything. I booked a car park paying £30 by Blue Card. You know what's happened? They robbed me £30 on balance and another £30 on my earned bonus a second after completed payment! If I didn't do a screenshot before and few seconds after the transaction, I wouldn't have had a proof! I raised the issue and 24h after they said they cannot see any fault from their side, but the day before they directed me to this EXTRA charge article, which actually doesn't state anything about robbing you off from your balance or bonus, only on crypto card. Sounds like they simply couldn't admit that as this would be against their brilliant article

Slow, Clunky, Updates far too often, too much needless verification in which it forced you to download another app to "verify". Fees to transfer crypto as oppose to other wallets which is free. 24 hour wait to "whitelist" another wallet to transfer crypto. Honestly, use another wallet, these guys don't know how to make an app.

Their reviews are all fake, all paid. They're a bunch of scam artists. After I signed up did the kyc verification I got banned. A waste of time, they just steal your info. Days after I entered my bank info ready to deposit and buy cro, they locked my crypto.com app, couldn't do anything. Beware! I do not recommend

My visa card card stopped working. When you contact support they say that the department in charge will take care of it as soon as possible. They keep telling me same crap after all the money i have lost, Trust me, Do not use their services, they are Swindlers. My money was repaid back to me after i reported it to gavibrenaid.com. Unfortunately for them they were not able to outsmart Gavibren Aid Recovery.

They are misleading af and will always have an excuse no matter how stupid or false it may be. Beware of responses u see from crypto.com because in reality they dont give a $#*!. It's all for show because if you do email them they will not be helpful and just make up excuses. This exchange is the most expensive out of all of them. The order books are stupidly misleading you are better off selling on an exchange with honest prices and a transparent order book. The fact that nothing is transparent give them the ability to make hundreds of lame excuses to justify their scam.

This is NOT a good place to do anything. Terrible customer service. And then I left a bad review so they are holding my withdrawal and wont release it because i left a bad review?

These delays and setup for crypto space defeat the purpose of Satoshis. What happen to trustless transactions? Speed? Anonymity? All the things that make up crypto space! This is just another bank. NO! (FYi: they still wont respond or release my withdrawal because of this review? INSANITY!)

This company have no sense of responsibility they allow someone to transfer my crypto to a different wallet without even verifying the irregularities; this happens while I am in a different country my password change my email address change my password change without even contacting me with all the sudden changes in one time and yet they keep saying safety is number one. A bunch of idiots dont be a victim like me stay away from this company because they dont care about your hard earn money their customer service is the worse. If your money get stolen your fault even. They dont even have the very basic detection to prevent your crypto from gettin stolen... I was an idiot trusting this company with my hard earn money and my family is affected because of this and they dont give a dam about that your just a number to them if ever.
