I put in 134 for their coin. Over a year later I'm broke and decide to take my money out. It's at 17 bucks and I can't withdraw it because it's less than 100 bucks. Fraud. Do not put money here

Well I got suspended from Trust Pilot telling the truth about Crypto.com. I have Harley, Stanley, Kimmy, Sora, Eveln and Selena working on my account to get my $98 back. I feel sorry for anybody that has more than I do, you proably will never see it again.

3% credit card deposit fee, high spread when you purchase and when you go to sell they offer you 5% below market value. They are absolute chancers and the customer service just directs you to standard documents which are completely unhelpful.

BEWARE crypto.com like to shake their image as an easy to use user friendly cryptocurrency exchange platform. But do not be fooled by their appealing ads and false promises. It's extremely easy to deposit money into your account. Trying to withdrawal it? HA yeah right. If your lucky enough that they list your bank in the ach transfers it'll take a minimum of 3 days and they'll try to squeeze any money out of the transaction they can. BECAREFUL if you ever try to transfer crypto from your crypto.com wallet to any other wallet. I was trying to transfer $20 usd worth of ether and got charged $8.33 so ended up with only $11.70. THATS ALMOST 50% crypto.com is a borderline organized criminal organization. I highly suggest never opening an account with them. Even when I offered to just transfer the ETH back into my account to try and get my $8.33 back or even any amount back. They said there's nothing they could do. Oh yeah and ontop of this they had someone repost the same fake 5 star review over and over on the iPhone App Store. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU, ME, OR ANYONE.

Had an account for years than all of a sudden they lock you out of your account so you don't have access to your account/ money they won't let u download the newest app. They won't help you with nothing they tell you the new version of crypto will be add to your phone soon But never does. They TOOK EVERYTHING IV INVESTED. THIS COMPANY IS NOT TRUST WORTHY. Do not invest in cripto.com

If you are thinking to stake your money in this card I don't recommend. I staked my money in 2021 with benefits such as full cash back for Spotify, Netflix and unlimited visits in lounges around the world. However they not only removed the cash backs but now you can only have 4 visits PER YEAR on lounges. So that's it. After putting my money in this card and loosing all, they even removed all the benefits having nothing left I strongly recommend you to stay away from CRO. I even had to complain about the cash backs that supposed to be on my account and they mistakenly gave me less than the right amount. Stay away from Crypto.com they are not worth it.

They changed their policy whilst I had money invested with them. Their 2FA is awful and unless you sign up to it,they won't let you have your money out. Avoid at all costs.

Had to freeze my account due to being hacked. Sounds bad we'll wait until crypto.com does nothing to help you

Opened an account with crypto.com. After verification the app suggested that I can get a card if I stake certain amount of CRO token (500 SGD equivalent). After staking, the app than said that the card is not available for me, and there's no way to get my money back.
I had no idea that crypto.com would run a scam in such an open and blatant manner.
Of course there's no answer from support, and it's not possible to do anything.
Outright theft, beware!

This company has a team that hacks the accounts on Social Media and promotes its disgusting business. I'm reporting to Cyber Crime Police all the time. They have hacked my email, then Instagram and Facebook

They use everybody's money to make money for themselves you might get your money back and you might not piss poor I don't know how they got two stars two and a half Stars I give them a half

Full of fees, they wont let you take out your money freely and more often than not it fails to send the money, causing a lot of troubles, DO NOT USE IT
