I love my new radio. I really like that the accessories needed to complete install are easily found and shown, makes it so simple. Very much appreciated master sheet for my vehicle. Even though I haven't needed tech support yet, it's nice to know they are always there.

The website, selection, and ordering process as always is excellent. The radio is good. No issues and Im very appreciative of the word harness and extras that come with it.

I have been buying from you for years. I have had complete satisfaction, even when I returned one item. Your description of products, potential suggestions to enhance your purchase and advice if you have a question. The only thing I have not been able to figure out is how to use the point I have accrued.

I got this package along with the Jensen Duba*******d I found online and I tell you WOW!. I set the subsonic filter to half up (I presume around 28-30hz) and these boys hit loud and low!

I order a CD player with Bluetooth also for my 2000 Dodge Dakota, everything arrived in great shape installation instructions by email, went to auto parts store to buy wire connectors, took about 45 minutes for install. I highly recommend Crutchfield.

I ordered my tv on a Fri. And it arrived on Mon at noontime. I call that real service.

If you are upgrading you older cars stereo system, go to Crutchfield first and get their recommendations, already proven for your car. I've done two cars with them and am very happy. Have two more older cars to go. I have no fears with Crutchfield techs supporting me all the way if I have a problem.

I am trying to find EXACTLY what I want for my boat speakers and they have been great helping me. Still not there but hopefully soon I will have some I like.
