I purchased a Sennheiser Flex 5000 wireless tv listening system. It is wonderful! I can not only hear the words, I can understand them. Before when I was watching tv, even if I could hear the sound, the words sounded garbled. No more. This system is well worth the money!

Did not order the Onkyo receiver Dave recommended, but the technical discussion we had helped to clarify for me what I needed and wanted most. I ordered a Yamaha receiver instead which arrived on time and in excellent condition. I set it up and its working to perfection. Dave's technical expertise and brand knowledge helped to cut through the overwhelming maze of technology and choices. Five thumps up for Crutchfield!

Answer: I've bought outlet item for many years now and never had an issue or even needed to return. I'm pretty sure you can return if not happy with it. It says it under the price after you click on that item I believe
