I have been doing business with Crutchfield for years and never had a bad experience. 60 day return policy is twice as long as any seller I've seen online! And to reply to reviews I've seen stating there is sales tax, that is not true, I've never had to pay sales tax. You will have to pay sales tax if you live in the state that they do business and that is the same for any online seller.

Ordered the Nikon 5600 for my wife for her Mothers Day present, had a couple of questions that I was able to get answered immediately on chat, placed my order and the product showed up two days later.

Picked up a a Sony radio for My '87 Grand National. Crutchfield included a face plate and wiring adapter. Free! Have made many purchases from Crutchfield since the early '80s. Great company

I recently bought one of the last OPPO 4k players. Like every purchase before, it came in 2 days, packaged very well, and again, right out of the box all was perfect. I'm sorry to see the negative reviews, but in 20 + years over probably 10 purchases, I've always had nothing but a great delivery and great experience with them.

I installed this unit today it is very easy to install (2001 Subaru Forester) if it was just a plug in wiring harness I would have been done in about a half hour this is very easy to use and I can't believe the stations this picks up I only wish the clock would stay displayed and not the station but it is easy enough to push the button I would highly recommend this

Bought this to replace a factory unit, easy install, easy everything! My mind was blown when I let the sun go down and checked it again. My 2005 looks like a 2018! Sounds like a concert and Im pretty deaf after working on airplanes for the last 18 Years! If youre looking to replace a double DIN for a modest price, you found your winner!

This is the first time I have ordered from Crutchfield or any other online store to get speakers and radio. With that said everything came when they said it would be at my house. The install was easy because of the nice instructions they give, for free. Talking about free items they added brackets and wiring harnesses for free as well. Just altogether I very good first experience and I pleased with the results.

Purchased car stereo with steering wheel controls, had issues with steering wheel controls and crutchfield resolved in about 20 min on the phone without seeing it; pretty awesome! Awesome selection of stuff to outfit just about anything

I havent done car stereo work in 20 years. Then, I used Crutchfield for the installation advice and its good to see theyre still around and better than ever. I bought rear speakers for my 2013 Honda Accord Coupe. Speakers fit perfectly in stock hole and came with adapter, wiring harness and all directions to install.

Excellent product and service. The speakers sound greats... the speaker addapter was very nice. The instructions for replace it was precise and very clear. I will recomend it fo future costumers

Ordered stereo and kit long ago, returned stereo, kept kit, ordered new stereo thinking I have the kit.
Got the stereo, oh no cant find half the kit.

Looked for four days but no cant find, had a chat and then they are sending me the parts I lost for the price that goes with the kit.
