Ordered the JBL MBT-RX Bluetooth receiver for my old school receiver. Works great and love streaming music wirelessly. But what amazed me was how quickly I received the product. And the package was packed to prevent damage, it came in the manufacturer box but Crutchfield packed it in a bigger box with popcorn. I told my wife that wow that is a big box for such a small unit. I have bought car component speakers and an amp and I am completely satisfied. Plus free shipping can't go wrong. I have ordered stuff from other companies but after paying shipping the deal is not so great. Buy from Crutchfield for all your audio and electronic needs.

Got a pair of these, great deal! Delivery was on time. They also have payments options for your convenience and every now and then they come up with really good prices, and on top of that if you sing up with an account you will earn points which you can use for future purchases.

Terrible customer service. Had to go through all the hassle of setting up my account for international purchases and was told after a while that they were unable to fulfill any orders of any kind to me for whatever reason. I complied and did everything they asked me to (which I never had to do with any other stores). If they do not welcome international customers, they do not accept their money. Do not invite them to log in and place an order. This is all Marlon Cerritos terrible customer service. And I blame him for losing me as a customer so their superiors should know that I'm walking away with thousands of dollars to another stores just because of him.

Bought a Kenwood stereo for the Envoy from them and was a great deal with all the components to do a proper install. All recommended on their website. Along with all the instruction and diagrams needed for a perfect outcome. I won't buy from anyone else when it comes to car audio. Lifetime tech support made this all a no brainer. Not the cheapest in initial cost, but the value added service beyond the purchase made this a great deal.
