The best!

I first ordered my sub from Best Buy, 2 days into shipping they couldn't tell me what was going on with my order. 12 days into it the only answer they gave me was to contact Kicker because " they have nothing to do with special orders". Mind you, I paid Best Buy, ordered it from Best Buy and got the tracking # email from Beat Buy. I canceled my order with them and bought it through Crutchfield and got it 2 days later.

Great service!

Needed to replace the ailing factory speakers in my 2004 Silverado. Adam was the man with the answers. 6 hrs of install time later... and my truck sounds like a symphony hall! Well... maybe not quite that good... but for us guys with our trucks,.,,, it'll do just fine! Can't go wrong with Crutchfield. They know their stuff about sound waves!

Eero Pro mesh network.

Old Apple Express units were not keeping up with increased demands of 4K streaming and weak signal in some parts of medium sized house. I had used Crutchfield before and they have never disappointed. I could have bought this setup at BB and installed same day but they only had 15 day return VS Crutchfield's 60 days no fuss returns JIC. Ordered and received in 2 days as promised. Installed the 3 Eero units in 15 minutes with 0 issues. Finally utilizing all the Mbs of our broadband and speed has increased noticeably. Signal strong all the way out to patio.

Great Service-Good Prices

I purchased a set of surround sound speakers. Not knowing what to get, I launched a chat and within minutes had a great set of speakers at a saving of over $200.00 over Amazon.

At one point or another, every component I have for my music system I purchased from Crutchfield. At the advice of my adviser (Troy) I just purchased the Denon DNP-800NE Network Streaming Music Player. Troy answered all my questions and I am glad I took his advice as I am very happy with the addition of this player. This is the thing about Crutchfield as I could have purchased my system anywhere, However, it is the people, advice and support you receive that keeps me coming back. I have never been disappointed with Crutchfield and will never buy any electronics anywhere else.

Must have for Ram trucks

Decided to finally replace my 2017 Ram 1500 speakers. Interior sound is somewhat nonexistent in these trucks (without alpine sound). I was on the fence about what headunit to get, as I was looking at an OEM fit and finish headunit from carnaviplayer.com VS an aftermarket brand name; so I started with speakers. I chose the dash speakers due to volume. The volume in this truck goes to 38... and I listen to it on 38. I personally never found the volume to be loud enough, so after some research and reading reviews, I decided to go with the JL audio C2 3.5" speakers. The speakers were a direct fit without any issues at all. I wired in 600hz bass blockers to avoid any "popping or cracking" that I had read about. After just installing one, and testing it before I moved to the next, I noticed a HUGE difference, so much so that I thought the balance was only on the left; but it wasn't. So, after finishing the install and taking a ride around the block, I can tell you that these are MUCH louder over stock, with the stock headunit and no aftermarket amp. Also, this is huge, the clarity and difference between the different sounds coming out of the speakers is unbelievable; almost as if I was hearing things that I had not before. I would recommend these speakers to anyone, and also say they are a MUST for any Ram owner. I bought these, the bass blockers, and direct plug and play harness and I believe the total was ~120. These are worth every penny, wish I had done it sooner!

Completely satisfied!

Almost went with another company. So glad I didn't! My order was shipped out lighting fast and arrived in Alaska in three days FREE. Everything that I needed was pointed out in the order process and I received it all. The wiring harness adapter for my 97 Dodge Ram was perfect. I am an aircraft mechanic so not without some basic wiring skills and this was about the most painless installation you could imagine. You have got this down to a science and I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a car stereo to not hesitate. Thanks again for money well spent.

Awesome, bought a whole stereo and component set up pioneer/kicker for my truck. All the kits and harnesses plus instructions and helpline to hook up was free. Under 200$ It would have cost that for installation at Best Buy! Wow woW WOW!

Technical assistance by phone is good, reasonable, personable, and reliable. A small business too, instead of Amazon, Best Buy, etc. Am very satisfied with this local company, and have bought a few pieces of electronics from them over the years. Will be back when I need something else.

They make it simple to do it yourself as they include all needed parts and information to easily install and configure items to your specific application. They provide additional support in the event that additional information is needed. I have been a customer for more than 10 years and I have found some items at a lower price, but the other suppliers don't include the specific information or adapters for a clean complete installation.

Still the best...

I first bought a stereo from Crutchfield in the 1980's for my Mazda B2000 truck. Believe it or not I haven't bought any stereo equipment since then. Fast forward 28 years, (life happens) and I decided to update my 2008 Honda Ridgeline with a new stereo and speakers. When I began looking, Crutchfield popped up in my search. I had completely forgotten how awesome Crutchfield is, since I had forgotten about them completely. I also didn't realize just how much technology has changed. The Crutchfield site and the Crutchfield personnel has really, really been incredibly useful and helpful. The search filters are very helpful and useful. The reviews, manuals on every product page, what's in the box, questions and answers, and How to Articles and Videos all make Crutchfield the absolute best. My Advisor was very helpful when I couldn't answer some of the questions I had. By far the best feature is the fact that Crutchfield matches up their products to your specific vehicle, which, ensures you'll have a great and fun experience with your install. I'm well on my way to having an amazing stereo system in my truck now. Thanks Crutchfield...
