Customer service and technical assistance was 2nd to none. I misordered a part due to my incorrect identity of the vehicle model. Crutchfield verified that all the parts would work in the revised vehicle except for the dash trim pieces. Crutchfield replaced the incorrect dash trim pieces at not cost to me, no questions asked. I will not go to another vendor for automobile replacement radio and accessories.

My order was delivered the next day after I ordered it, and came with all the right items safely packaged. Love that crutchfield includes all the brackets and wiring adapters for speakers at no additional cost! Would 100% buy from them again.

The wire is real copper not aluminum covered in copper, and end connectors were very high grade and substantially built which makes the connections strong and safe.

Mike was personable, knowledgeable, helpful, and didn't make me feel pressured into a sale, more like he was just here to help. We even got to talk sports and joke around. All within a 5-10 minute conversation. My stuff arrived quickly and looked in mint condition in the box. I haven't had a chance to install yet. So I'll have to rate the speakers separately. But my experience with crutchfield and Mike was second to none.

This is the place to buy your replacement Stereos. I was suspect but everything went together so quickly I had time left over. They said it was easy and it was. Also radio was a perfect fit. Looks original!

I've installed many car stereos, but it's been a few years. My assumption that everything was the same had me running around in circles. I called tech support and the woman who answered the call was amazingly well informed and was able to walk me through installation step by step! She was terrific! I will definitely use Crutchfield in the future!
