Customer service is superb and what sets Crutchfield apart. I don't think you'll get better service ANYWHERE. I have consistently had excellent interactions with kind and knowledgeable real human beings every time I've ordered from them. Having said that, sometimes their prices are really competitive and sometimes they are quite a bit higher than alternatives. But, all said and done, I think the overall purchase experience is worth it in most situations.

The Metra facing kit has two panels that go on either side of the new unit and the the two screws for each side were too short once you put the (absolutely necessary) Toyota factory brackets between the Metra panels and the new unit. Fortunately Lowes is close by and the length of the screws no critical (nothing in the new unit housing to contact).

But all other aspects of the install in a 2008 4 Runner went very well! Wiring harness, instructions all perfect.

I wanted to upgrade and put together my own theater room. I've had the normal L/R speakers and subwoofer for years. After talking to some speaker salesmen, they recommended I should buy the center channel speaker next. I thought it was foolish to spend a lot on a center channel speaker meant for dialog, so I looked at many center speakers and there are many! Crutchfield was having a Cyber Monday sale, so I decided to checkout the center speakers on sale. I selected the Polkaudio CS10 because the specs and reviews were good and the cost reasonable. I got this speaker in just a few days. The cabinet was very attractive and looked like good quality. I must say I had to test this right away. Most of my music did not use the center channel speaker, so I played some movies. The first movie dialog did not come through well and I was disappointed. Two other movies were tried and it sounded great! So I'm sure the soundtrack mixing makes a big difference. I am very pleased with this selection of the Polkaudio center channel speaker because I know they there many 2 to 10 times the cost. Thank you Crutchfield!

I purchased the LG 55"SM9000PUA. I did this after a lot of studying. I looked at the video on line from Crutchfield's web site of the unboxing which looked a lot easier than what it was. In addition, after putting the stand together myself it was very obvious that the stand had been put together and then taken apart prior to the video because the actual screwing together of the stand was a lot more difficult as the screws had to be threaded when putting the stand together. The quick instructions were poor in that it was difficult to determine whether the long screws or the short screws should be used at different places on the stand.
We are still attempting to learn about the TV. There is no large manual with the TV. You need to play around with the various settings once you go to settings on the TV. Apparently e didn't receive all the parts that were to come with the TV (according to the Quick Setup Manual) but we are assuming that the missing part had something to do with wall mounting which we were not doing.
The picture is great and otherwise I am very satisfied with the purchase.

The price was magnificent! But I had issues with payment on the website... Made a call to try and solve... After a short wait, Marisa help me with my order. Marisa was very helpful and solved my issue by processing the order herself... I usually hate placing an order over the phone, but Marisa made it a pleasant experience. I received my speakers and will be installing them soon. They were packaged well and arrived earlier than expected. I can't wait to hear the difference these speakers make in my car!

Dedicated people and very kind representatives. No matter who you call, they are all willing to help and best of all knowledgeable individuals, great support and return items is a breeze. If you have issues with any item like I had with a receiver, all I had to do was wait for the new one and then send the defective one. Over all a great company to do business with. When I shop on line a like fast delivery and good support and they have both, I'm a happy camper with crutchfield.

Crutchfield is a very good place to shop. They always have what i need and average priced. I like how i can compare products side by side and noticed on some speakers, you can listen to them through your headphones so you know how they sound before you buy them. I also like how they give you what you need to install whatever you are buying and if it the install pieces are too pricey, they discount them to help a customer out. Crutchfield also sends a email with detailed installation instructions on your specific vehicle. I always shop crutch field for all of my audio needs. No point in looking anywhere else. Thanks
