Have done business with Crutchfield off and on for probably 20 years. During that time I have learned that if it's electronic and they don't sell it, you probably don't want it. Their instructions and advice I have found to be spot on every time and if you ever have a problem with your installation or choice, they will work with you until the problem is solved or you are satisfied. I had to pay shipping on a gift card becuase of your antiquated system that does not allow for digital or ecards? Crutchfield has always been a trusted source for information and quality product. I ordered my speakers from Crutchfield and couldn't be more satisfied. The instructions included with the order via email. All necessary installation aids (wiring harnesses, adapters) were included, at no additional charge. Keep up the exceptional service!

I bought a different DAP on Amazon, and had a horrible experience. My biggest problem was with the manufacturer and distributor. Bottom line, the manufacturer wouldn't cover the device because it came from a third party distributor. Amazon was good in that they took it back, but same on them for selling the device from a third party distributor. My experience with Crutchfield by comparison was a dream. Free 2nd day air shipping (without an annual membership), free one year technical support. Biodegradable shipping peanuts, even. I will not hesitate to recommend Crutchfield to anyone on the fence.
I ordered some speakers for my daughters car. The website makes it simple to find the right components for a specific vehicle. My speakers came with instructions for installing them in my daughter's car and the adapters for the wires plugs so no cutting or splicing wires. Couldn't be simpler!

There are a lot of online stores out there but Crutchfield simply has the best service out there. I live in Guam, a US territory with at least 14 hours of flight time from the continental USA but Crutchfield has a free shipping here too. I purchased a Canon EOS R camera 3 weeks ago when it was on a black Friday sale. Then on Holiday sale, the price was cut another $300 off that sale price. I wrote Crutchfield and asked if they would have a price warranty since it is less than a month. Crutchfield gave me back the $300 difference. Thank you so much Crutchfield. You're my favorite online store.
Totally changes sound experience in our kitchen: both TV and streamed music. Wonderful. The one problem: a critical optical cable was not included: the web site should have emphasized one wasn't included: we would have added it to the order for sure! Since we live very close to a Best Buy, $14 later we were good to go but would rather give the business to Crutchfield.
Answer: I've bought outlet item for many years now and never had an issue or even needed to return. I'm pretty sure you can return if not happy with it. It says it under the price after you click on that item I believe
