Great help from Tim when I asked if the headphone amplifier would work on my older flat screen Samsung. He checked and said it would. The amp arrived all the way to me in Hawaii, with no added shipping charge added. Plugged it into the audio output and it worked perfectly. No hum, volume knob feels very solid as does the whole amp even though it is made in China. It's nice to find a vendor who actually knows the product they are selling.

Kenwood amp

So I got the kenwood amp from CRUTCHFIELD KAC-M1814 because I replaced all my car speakers front and rear speakers and I wanted a small compact amp nothing crazy that could pack a punch with out replacing any original car audio wiring so I installed it my self with the help of Crutchfield master sheets and kenwoods manufacturing diagrams and have to say highly satisfied with the product and professionalism from Crutchfield technical support team this was my first time doing business with them and I have to say I'm highly satisfied and no I'm not writing this for brownie points with Crutchfield they are truly professional...

I have always gotten good service and Ana excellent know how from you. But now you are just not paying attention to what you are putting in the box. Yes i think it is awesome that my factory harness this time was free to install my speakers. But the last 2 times they didn't work with the 6x9s. I still had to go to the store and get the right female ends cut the plugs for the new ends. I'm pretty sure you have the right ones already made I'm just not getting them. On top of that the speaker mounting plates came with dress that didn't even fit the plate. They were too small in diameter and wouldn't tighten up. I love ordering from crutch field always good prices and fast shipping but the more i order the worse its getting. Some one doing a little quality check is in order.

Fast and Accurate

Crutchfield is my go to company for high end A/V electronics. They have a great selection of products. Good reviews and sometimes videos of product lines. I just had my 10+ year old Onkyo receiver, originally ordered from Crutchfield, It was time to upgrade. After reviewing on the new products I settled on a Marantz. This being during the Coronovirus scare, was delivered within a week. After setting it up I bought some more products that are supported by the new receivers. I. e. New Denon HEOS spreaker and new Cambridge Audio Minx Mini. Again, fast delivery and the products work great. I am very pleased with Crutchfield. Thanks for the great service, I am sure I will be ordering more soon.

Purchased the Pioneer TS-G680 speakers for a 2010 F150 Supercab. These were the OEM size, so no brackets were required for installation. However, Pioneer provided what I call a plastic spacer, which fits on the front of the speaker. No mention in installation instructions of what they were for but after comparing the OEM speakers it became apparent to me that these separate spacers were to protect the door panel from rubbing the speaker. The problem was that that these spacers did not snap or glue in place on the speaker so they kept falling off. I thought that the door panel would hold it in place so I reassembled the driver side door an moved on to the passenger door. Well now I began to second guess my self and went up to Lowes to get some clear caulk to put around the rim, carefully not getting on the speaker material, to attach the spacer. That worked good and I put the passenger door back together. After contemplating this a little I thought that I better take the drivers side panel off again (naturally harder to do since there are more electrical plugs to disconnect) to attach that spacer ring with the clear caulk so it won't fall off later on. Well this ring was not as flat as the other one so it took some time after bracing the ring, for the clear caulk to set up. What turned out what I thought to be a hour job was 6 hours of frustration. Speakers sound good, but the non-mention of what the spacers are used for and that they didn't attach to the speaker flange, results in the low rating. In fact for all I know is the spacers weren't even required. However, as stated earlier I tried to compare to the OEMs which had a spacer and foam on the flange to these new ones.

I Think the main point is, could I have done better buying somewhere else. Short Answer "NO".
That being said, Car stereo replacement is not for the average joe, so Technical problems are to be expected when you are unexperienced. And the issues I had were with the instructions and accessories for the stereo, Not the master sheet. The Master Sheet was very helpful for getting the Unit out with out tearing anything up.
My issues were minor, But I will lay them out.
-The mounting brackets were plastic
- The mounting brackets called for using the screws that came with the head unit, they were pan head which didnt work real well on plastic
- I thought I could select a display color but its either white or varying colors
- I thought the wiring harness I paid for eliminated soldering wires, While that was not true, it did however make it where I could do my soldering at my work bench instead of in the car, and I didnt have to cut my factory harness out.
All those things are small and pesky, But I am a details kind of guy.
- The biggest problem was a wiring issue that was not clear in any of the instructions, I was left to assume that many of the wires in the harness were not used, and there was a dangling blue wire from the antenna that was not clearly addressed.
I figured it out with a google search, and Crutchfield probably would have helped if I had reached out.
In any case, Its installed, Works great and my wife is happy.

I thought about buying from Amazon because they were about $15 cheaper. But Amazon doesn't have someone to call if you have any questions. Learning how to use this Kenwood Receiver is made so much easier when you call and talk to someone who knows the product and can answer your questions while you're sitting in the car as he walks you through it. Instant resolution was worth the extra $15. I'm glad that I went with Crutchfield. They really support you. Great people and service. I made a very good choice going with Crutchfield.

Since I last upgraded my home theater system 20 plus years ago the world of electronics has changed immensely. I needed a new receiver and some peripherals. I stumbled on Crutchfield and I'm certainly glad I did.

I already had very good speakers, a good television, a good Blu-Ray player, and an aging but still functional VCR. I receive my television programs via satellite. I needed help in choosing a receiver that would support all this equipment of various ages and manufacturers.

I sent specific information on my equipment to Crutchfield and was assigned a technical consultant. Within 24 hours he responded and asked some follow up questions so his recommendation would be on target. His wasn't a canned response; it was specifically tailored to my needs. My new receiver is even better than I expected.

Before I committed to buying the recommended receiver I compared it's price on three other websites. The Crutchfield
Price wan no more expensive than the others that didn't offer lifetime support. It was delivered in 2 days and setup was incredibly easy.

Since got my new receiver I've had occasion to contact my technical consultant again. I wanted to replace the 5 remotes that I now use with a universal remote. Once again I got a recommendation along with the rationale for it. Once again I comparison shopped and once again I found Crutchfield to be no more expensive than anyone else.

What more could anyone want? Competitive pricing, pre-purchase advice, prompt delivery, and lifetime technical support.

Got speakers in two days as promised. They are fantastic!

Great experience adding Dolby atmos right and left speakers to my 7.1 system. Crisp, clear and definitely add an extra overhead sound field.

Tip - If using auto calibration on your receiver, recommend manually increasing front right and left speaker height levels 2-3 dB AFTER auto calibration (Audyssey, MCAC, YPAO).

Note: picture shows Klipsch rp-500sa on TOP of my existing floor standing speaker

I have ordered a few items from Crutchfield here and there over the years. I've never been disappointed! Their prices are on par with other websites and traditional stores. They provide great installation instructions that are specific to your vehicle's model. And they have a great return policy. After installing the first speakers I ever bought from Crutchfield years ago, I was disappointed in the sound and when I reached out they offered a complete refund with issues! Other than those first speakers sounding bad (speaker manufacturer's fault not Crutchfield's) everything else I've ordered has worked perfectly for years.
