Your product was supposed to work on a 1989 Cadillac brougham. It does not! I emailed you that I need instructions to install it on a 1989 Cadillac brougham. And you sent me with instructions to install a different radio and a year that did not apply to a 1989. Luckily I didnt spend a lot of money for the radio you did send to me. But it shows that several of your employees either dont know their job or dont care. So in the future I can only recommend to others to go to some one else for there electronics.

I purchased four of the Polk Audio 265 RT for my ceiling height speakers that were on sale. I just installed them and they have an awesome sound, clear, full, with enough base (not tiny) to be accurate for height sounds. Before I purchased them from Crutchfield I called for advice as to my idea to use the 265 RT's as height speakers. Zac answered my call and after explaining my ideas to him he agreed they would work well. After I purchased them I emailed Crutchfield referring Zac's name in the email with a question as to what I should do to insulate behind the speakers. Researching on the internet was not helpful enough. Zac replied by calling me which impressed me because I needed a discussion not an email response. An email would have been inadequate to communicate in a conversation that requires exchanging ideas quickly. Emails are more for documenting a short conversation not for exchanging ideas and Zac new this hence the call. I did not expect a call, super conversation Zac! Thanks Crutchfield and Zac for your help.

Wasn't sure exactly which replacement speakers to choose for my 2016 Passat. I planned to buy Polk Audio but because I was keeping my OEM head unit, Aaron at Crutchfield suggested I go with JBL concert series. I just installed the speakers and sound deadner in the rear doors this weekend and am wow'd. The rear speakers sound way better than the OEM, loud and clear with no rattles or distortion. Haven't had a chance to replace the front door speakers and deadner yet but it will be real soon! Thanks Aaron for your help the JBLs are great and I will be ordering that bazooka tube in the next few weeks.
Great service, my order shipped fast, very impressive sound from the product I ordered. The only problem is the JBL 300 speaker I ordered was slightly damaged right out of the box. The top of the speaker is scratched and the google button is cracked to the point where half of the Google picture on the button came off. This doesn't seem to be effecting the functionality of the speaker, not sure if a replacement could be sent out. I may order a 2nd speaker regardless, the sound is that good!

Now that it is set-up with our Audioengine A5+ speakers we can enjoy a truly amazing listening experience. Adding this very tight and powerful subwoofer enhances these already great speakers. Answer: I've bought outlet item for many years now and never had an issue or even needed to return. I'm pretty sure you can return if not happy with it. It says it under the price after you click on that item I believe
