HORRIBLE!

My husband passed away in June. The local store was to disconnect his phone and make me primary. They messed up the ACP and autopay and login, so within 2 weeks, they suspended my service in the middle of the night and don't open til 10 am. I couldn't log in to pay since the login no longer worked after my store visit so had to pay via phone with an additional service charge plus reconnect fee. After 20+ minutes holding every time you call, I got nowhere with their incompetence. Wouldn't refund anything even though I was on autopay until the store messed that up, and I shouldn't have had this happen. I disputed the overage with my bank and then decided to eat the cost and tried to cancel the dispute so Crooket didn't shut me off again. But it was already done and 2 weeks later, again shut off middle of the night and had to pay reconnect and service fee to pay by phone as they still hadn't fixed the login issues. I was going to switch carriers before the next billing 9/22. Yet on 9/1, woke to find service suspended again! Took 2 hours to get through chat then phone queue and supervisor. She swore my bank did another charge back 3 days ago and so I had to pay the charge back plus reconnect. Yet my bank hasn't done another charge back at all. Crooket lied. So I go to Straight Talk. My son's phone is locked and they won't unlock it. Just bought it 6 or 7 months ago and paid in full! Crooks and thieves.

Does anyone know how to talk to a supervisor or someone of rank atleast. I have had a few cell companies but this is the worst by far. So fake. If anyone knows how to get help or get anywhere with these people. Please let me know. I have recorded every convos and screen shot every interaction thought these clowns would be helpful heck no the have a book of what to say because the 20+ people I have tried to have a adult convos with is like talking to a recorded child. Pod beyond belief

HORRIBLE

We went back to Cricket because of some hardships regarding money. It's still the same. The service is HORRIBLE and I'm waiting for an hour to talk to someone on the phone. At this point I'd look into starting my own phone company.

I called due to my account wrongly being suspended. When I attempted to explain my situation, I was constantly being interrupted. I asked for a supervisor (which I honestly hate doing), but he absolutely refused. I then attempted to use the chat function. Want to know what they told me? I needed to call and ask for a supervisor. I explained that I was unable to get in touch with a supervisor via the phone, and they insisted that's what I needed to do. I am appalled. This company is a joke. How do you not even have 2 stars?

Ive had multiple cell phone providers so far cricket has been the best financially. I never go without a line. I have service in all areas i travel to and from.

This company should be sued and shut down. Talking to the manager Kevin was pointless. They scammed me out of my money and still shut off my service. Nothing they could do they said. Basically not willing to help a paying customer. Really unfortunate they would rather lose a customer than help them resolve their issue. Kevin should be fired for being the dumbest manager I ever spoke to. I will NEVER come back to cricket nor will I EVER recommend them to anyone I know. Very horrible service as well for what you pay for. I'd rather switch my service and not have to deal with this type of frustration again.

Everytime I call the customer service line it's always a long wait sometimes up to a hour the automated system always states they are working on it, that's a lie. Every time I manage to get thru a live agent it is a struggle they barely understand English and there answer for everything is I'm sorry there is nothing I can do it's automatically generated by system" anyhow they do not have any idea what customer service it's overwhelming and I end up arguing with someone who cannot help me either! What a waste on my time ' cricket is the worse when it comes to their customers not to mention privacy that is a while different story and they have no problem giving your information and making changes to account as long as the other person has your name and phone number. Cricket don't deserve a 1 star from me they below that.

Worst experience ever!

Someone fraudulently stole my cell number. They hacked my account and had it ported out. Cricket Wireless was worthless in helping. I was initially told I'd have it back the next day...then, within two days. Then I was told it was a 3-4 day process. After 4 days, I was told it could take up to 2 WEEKS! Meanwhile the only information they could provide was that they were "working on it." Every time I called in (over 10 times in those 4 days) I waited on hold for up to 30 minutes only to be told nothing. They wouldn't let me speak to the other department. Meanwhile the hackers were using my # to commit all kinds of financial fraud.

Do not purchase a phone here!

Bought a cricket phone, paid in full. Used it as a tablet for awhile. When I decided to add it as another phone line, found out cricket won't unlock it cause I waited longer than 6months after purchase. They refuse to unlock property i purchased and own. Asked to speak to supervisor, said it was there policy. Do not buy a phone here!

I went to Cricket in New Orleans on TerryParkway to get my daughter IPhone 13 on and the customer service rep told me she could do it. After taking my money, she tells me that she can not turn the phone on because Boost has it locked. So boost couldn't unlock it because I didn't have the phone for a year. Bianca Limon, who is with Cricket, told the customer service rep not to give me my money back after the young lady admitted to me and her it was her fault because she is new and she didn't pay attention. Bianca dumb unprofessional $#*! was on FaceTime keep that in mind! I told her I was not leaving without my money or compensation. Bianca told the young lady that the money would have to come out her pocket! I'll let y'all know how this play out because Bianca also told the customer service rep that I can call the police if I want, lol! And I will if need be! Oh it made me give them one star just to submit this review because they don't deserve it! Oh they giving me a no name android! SMH!

Charged twice and can't get help

I have had a lot of good experiences here, but today took the cake. I called in to have a feature added on the day my auto pay went through thinking that I was starting a new month. The guy took my credit card number, told me my balance, and charged me. I was told I was paid up. This morning my service was shut off! I had to pay for the feature again and a $15 reactivation fee! 2 hours on the phone with no avail to get my extra money back! Really frustrated! Haven't used it but I've paid for it 2x.

Never again

I ordered two Sim cards and two phone cards online (biggest mistake EVER!) After I completed the order got the confirmation number and money was taken off my card the order was cancelled. Now I have been waiting TWO WEEKS for the money to come back on my card. Never again will I use this company and I don't recommend to ANYONE. Unless you wanna get screwed out of your money that is.

Went to upgrade my phone,was in VA beach and got good service and a quote.Was in Norfolk,the same afternoon,one employee,came out of back I felt bad for her,she was obviously not well trained,gave me the wrong quote for cellphone.Thos was not a failure of the employee,it was the failure of management.
