I have email them multiple times asking them to sent me a order conformation and a shipping conformation and they still have yet to respond! I spent $69.00 and you would think they would respond to me. I'm just so irritated right now. If your looking for a website with great customer survice shop at CharmsLol, Silly squishies and Kawaii Land. But I would highly suggest not shooing here.

They are Australian based and ships international! They are kind and generous! Always sends your package with gifts and always provides codes to get free goodies! Shipping is so cheap and stays the same price no matter how much you buy! The thing I find so amazing is that if you spend over $50 in Australia and $60 in New Zealand you get FREE SHIPPING! I have ordered from Creamiicandy a total of 3 times (and I plan to order from Yue, the owner, many many MANY more times in the future). I found that her customer service is by far one of the best customer services I've found to date; she's quick to reply, happy to help, and thorough in her assistance.
I have talked to many other squishy/kawaii sites, like SillySquishies and Kawaii-Land, and I found that Creamiicandy has the best customer service of them all.
As far as the shipping time, it is not her fault that she is situated in Australia (which is the cause of why her shipments are later than most other squishy stores when purchasing from the US). But I found that my package ALWAYS arrived before the estimated delivery date, and the time it takes to process and ship out the order is so very fast.
The quality of the items are amazing. Never have I had an issue with any of my purchased items. She also gives extras which is amazing; her extras feel like "bought' items rather than just extra left over squishies she has left in stock. Amazing considering the fact that it's a business; to give extras is insanely amazing!
I have never had an issue with the site and, from what I've seen from other buyers, when there is an issue, Creamiicandy is quick to help and solve the issue.
Best site to buy from if you're willing to wait a little while for the shipping time. But remember, this site's prices are very very good, and they're only ever expanding their selections! If you're willing to wait a little longer for a better price, there is no other website out there that can compare!
I ordered over $100 of items from this site for my daughter. I checked my account and there is absolutely no order history. I sent 3 emails and all they told me was they shipped my order and they would send me tracking information in a few days. It has been over a week and no response. I only received an email 5 minutes after my order stating what items I ordered with no tracking information. Completely unprofessional, but they certainly had no issues taking my money. If I could give zero stars I would. We normally order from Kawaii land. I will never order from these people again.
Tracking shows this order has been received. Also our website states clearly tracking can take a week to update because we ship orders to our shipping hub first to ensure faster shipment. It was simply impossible for us to give tracking when you asked less than a week after you made your order for tracking information.

Also as stated on our website, orders outside of australia takes about 2 weeks or sometimes 3. We sent your order on 14 December (one business days after you paid) and it has been barely a week since you made it so it is still on its way. We also packed gifts in your order and am disappointed at the bad review just because we didn't respond to your email as promptly as you liked.
