The products themselves are a bit on the pricey side, but the quality is worth it. The packaging comes in an envelope rather than a box even when a jumbo mochi seal is part of the order. Its packaging is made of thin plastic and is therefore easily crushed, especially when it's coming all the way to Asia. However, since the delivery is so cheap, I'm not really complaining. The order takes a few days to process. The delivery itself was delayed but really, that's not creamiicandy's fault. Very good service overall, but I'm most impressed about their international delivery prices.

Great squishys offered at cheap prices. Loved how orders over $50 in Australia get free shipping! Shipping was very fast and came in just 2 business days. The one thing that slightly bothered me was that the package of the mochi seal came slightly damaged/bent, maybe it could've done with more bubble warp or padding. Overall a great experience and ordering again, thanks!

I have made mulitable orders and always had them with 5 to 7 days max from time or ordering, i do live in Sydney so it's a plus.
There is always new and upcoming items for me it squishies, love there range and prices this is my first go to site. When i have recived orders they have anyways kindly give a small extra which is very sweet of them. All the squishies i have ordered have always been high qulity i never had any issues, i am sure if you do have problems they will attend to the issue.
It's a site you will keep coming back too :) i know i will.

Creamiicandy is an one-stop online shop for my squishy purchases, all items are reasonably priced or even cheaper than other shops. I simply adore the shop and I recommend Creamiicandy to my friends who are also into squishies :)

I ordered some products from this online shop for my daughter, paid the money, no goods received. Now I have checked some reviews on this company, and found out I am definitely not the only one have this bad experience. It's a bogus website for sham business. Most people may not bother because of the money being ripped off is not that much, not worth the time and energy, but when I look at my young daughter's expecting face, I really think this kind of business should be thoroughly checked.
Details as below:
I placed an order (#*******) on 14/7/2016, bank transferred $25.69 on the same day and also notified the company I already paid the money. Waited a month, nothing. Sent 2 enquiry emails, no reply. I checked the website, could not find contact phone no, only has a contact form. I submitted the form on 16/8/16, told them what happened, asked them when will I hear from you, and stated if I do not hear from you in 48 hours, I will take the issue to the Fair Trading. I got a reply in less than 10 minutes, mainly ask me to provide proof of banking. I replied with my bank lodgement no. And ask them to check their account as well. Then heard nothing from them again. I sent another enquiry email on 19/8/16, no reply. I sent last email to them on 21/8/16, told them I now will take this issue to Fair Trading. Heard nothing.
I have checked out the business's ABN, does look bogus, also they use Gmail, Hotmail as reply emails, now I think about it, should ring certain alarming bell as well.
I already checked with my Bank again, the account I transferred into is the account the creamiicandy.com supplied.
Now I lodged a complain form to Fair Trading.

I love creamiicandy so so so much. They have high quality swuishies, rare squishies, ibloom squishies, slow rising squishies, and a lot more. They are actually in a really worth it price like ibloom squishies or puni maru squishies theybare around $18-$29, which is worth it because they smell so good and of course the best part is they are so slow rising. So i hope they will send me a review package like what yputubers reciew and by the way i am a youtuber that wants to collect squishies mind checking me out mu youtube channel name is: lovelyangel27, althought i dont have that much subscribers i still hope creamiicandy can send me a review package like what youtubers recieve like cyndercake415 on youtube so i really hope so thank you :)
