They have a good selection of squishies. Prices are about average I'd say. If you're not in Australia the shipping time is long, but that would be true of most places (note: I'm int the United States). I got the Puni Maru Jumbo White Pineberry with a pink dip which I liked a lot and am happy I bought. I also ordered two JDream shell squeeze toys. I requested the pink and the purple but they ended up sending me the red and the purple.

Yes! I do love this website with all the amazing squishies that they have avaliable to us! Shipping is depending where you live and I understand about it. Plus I also understand that people that work there have to put up and send a whole stack of squishies coming through every single day (or maybe one per hour!) However, the only reason I put a 4 star rating is the communication to the public and delivery notice. Commication to any customer care is very important asking about the problems of the orders and many more. I suggest they store should have a online customer service for people who need help with their orders. For the delivery notice, usually it tells us automatically when it is sent or not, I also understand that the delivery system is a little random and doesnt work out. Usually when this happen, they should provide them with the tracking number so the customer can double check on another website and may call customer service on their local delivery place than complaining at Creamiicandy. Creamiicandy is very hard working that the person doent have 100 arms to message them at the same time on instagram+emails. Buts the important role is to improve customer service and delivery notice issues.

I ordered nearly $200 worth of squishies from Creamiicandy for my daughter for Christmas because she has been asking for them for ages from this site. They cancelled part of my order, however the only notification I received was they sent me a partial refund of $20 with no explanation as to what the partial refund was for. When we got our package from them the squishies we did get were wonderful and my daughter loved them. What we were missing however were two bigger squishies that totaled up in price to over $30. I have tried contacting them with many emails since for over a month with no response whatsoever. We love the squishies and the month wait to get them wasn't a problem for us and if they had any customer service whatsoever we would probably spend thousands on their site but since they have essentially stolen from us and refuse to respond we will find another squishy site to shop at!

I bought squishies from them in November 2016 and it is now January 26,2017 and they still haven't arrived! I emailed the company three times but they don't respond and made no effort in following up for me. I don't know what kind of mailing company they use because the tracking status shows it has arrived at "destination post" but it never arrived at my address! Both creamiicandy and Singapore post are scams! Never buy from them ever again!

I waited more than a month for this package and I ordered Billie the whale but instead they gave me 2 strawberry panda squishys they got it mixed up with someone else.

I ordered a Package for my daughter and It Hasn't arrived yet. Its been 1 month and 1 week and Shes exited when the mail truck comes and has a fit when she does not get her package. Terrible service. We have sent some emails and they haven't Replied yet. I suggest you order from other trustworthy websites like Silly squishes,
Kawaii land, Delightful boutique, Ect,

Shipping to the USA came pretty fast approx 2 weeks of time. It did came with a tracking # in email address. Overall, my little sister was happy about the squishes that came. Will buy from her again!
