BUYERS BEWARE! CreamiiCandy has HORRIBLE customer service when you have problems with your order. They sent me a defective squishy and the wrong box to the Puni Maru panda donut but they only replied they will send me the right box. I sent them photos of how squishy is defective and emails after emails asking what about the squishy and NO RESPONSE... VERY VERY VERY IRRESPONSIBLE SELLER. I ordered the first day it was available, waited almost 3 weeks for it to arrive from Australia to US. The owner Joel Wu should not be in business. I plan to report to PayPal to get my money back. I hope Youtubers would stop promoting their website.

Have ordered several times already and have received each and every single one of my squishies. All of which are as exactly as I have chosen! Pretty fast shipping especially since I am in the United States! Love this company! Never disappointed!

Very good, obtained items fast and in perfect condition. Good communication although took longer than 24 hrs to reply. Needs more PUBG carry stock.

My daughter ordered a couple of the cute squishy toys sold on this website. I think she saw this on you tube. 6 months later we still have not received the items. I went onto their website and after reading their terms and conditions I regret ordering from this website. They are threatening if you dare to dispute a charge. Which I did since I didn't receive the goods paid for. This company lacks integrity and should not be allowed to sell anything online.

Placed an order near $100 and pay for the shipping cost for $15. It is about 2 1/2 months, still did not received the package. The company is located at Australia, the shipment sent out from Singapore by Skippy Post, it does not make sense. I have sent more than five emails but get no response. They should able to help and TRACK the shipment, if the customer did not get their parcel, they should INVESTIGATE but they do not care because they take your money already so they don't care. DO NOT BUY FROM CREAMIICANDY, you get no help from their customer service. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. The items look very nice on their website, you purchase them on your own risk. BE AWARE

Extremely disappointed considering how popular they are. They are simple just overrated. Ordered one package missing 2 items, another with the wrong colour, that's $36aus of my money. Wouldn't reply to emails for whatever reason, unresponsive on Instagram dm despite the fact they were posting pictures of new items they were selling? They are lacking in communication terribly, messing up orders to add on is just frustrating. Never returned my money or even got back to me.
