I ordered about six items from this website for my daughter for Christmas. I completed the order in somewhat November and i recieved an email about how my items have shipped but no tracking info. I emailed them and requested the tracking info. When I recieved it skippy post didn't recognize the number. After repeatdly asking this website for the correct information, and not getting a reply from them, I ended up contacting Skippy Post directly. They coincidentally were shipping my package to me that very day two weeks after I placed the order! Terrible communication from them. Will not order again and I don't suggest u ordering from them either.

I received the wrong item, and sent them a very polite email kindly asking for an exchange. I even noted that I was fully willing to pay for shipping the item back, in return for the actual item I paid for even though it was 100% THEIR error. They replied back asking for me to take a photo of writing on the packaging. I sent the photo the same day. A week passed, no reply. I sent another email asking for an update, and still no reply. It's been over a month with no reply. All the sudden I get an email from a random third party site saying they sent something to me, but there's not even a tracking number? I emailed their customer service again with no reply still. I was extremely nice to them, but they couldn't be bothered to help at all. I will not be ordering again.

We paid over $100 USD for kids Christmas gift. We didn't get any shipping information nor tracking number. Item was never received, and we realized it was sent to the wrong address (to Australia). Of course, we wrote the right US address (even our bank confirmed that the company also exchanged the currency & withdrew our money in USD).

We requested for a refund or to have the item sent to the right address. When we contacted CreamiiCandy, "Joel Wu," one of the customer service representatives from CreamiiCandy replied saying "i found out you wrote wrong address. It's your fault not ours."

She originally said the package was "sitting in the local post office." However, when we contacted her to return & forward package to us, she just said it was our fault and never replied back.

We are reporting them as fraud and speaking to our attorney at law.

Creamiicandy always offers the most highly sought after squishies in the market today for very affordable prices! Their site is very user friendly, and pleasant to browse through. They offer plenty of variety and selection for their customers; and their site is constantly updated with new and exciting products. Their customer service is excellent and always very responsive! It's always a joy to shop at their store! Creamiicandy is my most favorite online store to shop at, and I HIGHLY recommend! A+++

Big range of squishy's and they are very cute, problem is that I have encountered bad customer service. A lot of the time they do not respond to emails, or messages on their website.
They also did not communicate with me whatsoever when the item I bought was out of stock, I only found out when I received my package with an item missing and the only way I found out what happened to the item was when I checked my Paypal for a refund on said item and the reason for refund labeled as item out of stock.
They said that they sent an email asking me if I wanted something else instead, and that the email must of gone to my junk folder. I checked everything in my email, I had not received an email at all. This has happened twice to me, which was really frustrating, because I thought maybe it was just a one off thing...

If I could not give any star to this place I would because they don't deserve even 1 star. I ordered my product on September 2 and it is now October 13 and still no product. I contacted them and they told me to go check with my post office and that they are not responsible. I not only paid $80.00 worth of products, I also paid for shipping and all they could tell me was that they are not responsible. I have ordered stuff internationally before and it came within one week and this stuff never happens. Not only do you have to pay for shipping to them, they tell you to go to your post office to check on the order yourself which is an inconvenience and what is the point of paying shipping when you literally have to go pick it up and it not even there! I don't recommend this company and if you like squishes, order from silly squishy instead

Although the merchandise of this seller is good the customer service and ordeal of buying from them is not worth it.
My story... I bought over $100 of things and paid by PayPal and got my automated order number and receipt. Great! They were for daughter birthday. After about 4 business days still not had notification that they had been sent. Went to website to check order but my order number was not recognized said there was no such order. There was no contact number either so I wrote an email asking about order. No reply 3 days later wrote again. I started to worry that this not a legit company as no reply, no phone number etc so called PayPal for advice. They said they would contact seller.

Well that was it. Suddenly this non responder woke up. I got a stream of very nasty emails calling me a scammer and threatening to spread my name call the police etc. all I wanted to do was enquire about my order and this is what I got.

Apparently the order had been sent... But how was I to know when even their own website didn't recognize my order.

Later that day I returned home and my order had arrived so I called PayPal and Told them all was good.

When we opened the package 1 of the items was missing. I did get back to the seller and told her this but I received no reply. The item only costc $12 and I couldn't bring myself to go thru all the nasty seller tactics again so I let it go. Their bully tactics won.
If you like uncertainty, being threatened and not receiving what you paid for when shopping online then this is the seller for you.!
In the interest of fairness I waited a few weeks before writing review in the hope I would get apology and refund/missing item... but nothing.

Hi I have been ordering from creamiicandy for the past month after hearing Fab reviews on YouTube and puni maru recommending the site. I live in the uk and it was great to finally find a seller who did international sales and only charged one flat rate for postage, which may I add is extremely good value for money. My first parcel arrived within 8 days and the second 2 weeks, I am still awaiting my 3rd. But that is due next week, omg! It's so worth the wait to receive squishy mail from these guys. All items are cheaper than uk squishy sellers, hardly any defeats and I love the fact they reward you for shopping with them, I received lovely deco cabochons and a stickers which is now on my electronic wheelchair. I may point out I am adult squishy collector so this site appeals to all ages, I use squishies to cope with stress after the kids have been playing up and coz of my disability it helps with excercising my hands. I would definitely recommend these guys, truly lovely, any worries or questions and they reply u straight away. Keep up the good work and can't wait to place more orders in the future. customer service and quality is atrocious. my squishies came defected twice, and i received the wrong items twice as well. when i emailed them, they completely disregarded my problems on both occasions. on the website, it claims to provide tracking for orders over $50 within australia, yet i never receive tracking emails, which contradicts their claims. i do not reccommend this website at all. if you're looking for a good squishy website, i reccommend delitefulboutique or kawaiishopaus.
