I used the free one month trial for CraveTV. I watched it for few days but didn't like it so I stopped watching it. I tried cancelling the free trial using the Android App but it would not let me cancel it. I used the website to cancel it but was late by couple hours. I still cancelled it before the free subscription ended. I got an email from CraveTV about cancellation at 4.50 pm but I was charged for one month at 4.59 pm. I contacted the most unprofessional customer support and was told bluntly that CraveTV has NO refund policy. I told them MULTIPLE TIMES that I have not used the app except 4-5 days and I don't like the content so I don't need and can they make an exception like other providers do and refund me the subcription fees. I talked to multiple people but all had one answer - CRAVE TV HAS NO REFUNDS.
What a poor company is this? No logic in charging people and ripping people off for money. I would caution EVERYONE to NOT USE CRAVETV. Most useless content and HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. The manager in customer support - could not even talk in proper english kept on telling me about no refund on every question I asked him. I NEVER IMAGINGED BELL MEDIA's service was so CHEAP and customer service is SO UNPROFESSIONAL.
PLEASE NEVER USE CRAVE TV. DISGUSTING...

I would HIGHLY recommend Netflix for watching digital content online. I am 100% sure if the same issue happened with Netflix, their excellent customer service would have handled it much more professionally that the Customer support manager from stupid CraveTV. Watch out guys... don't get ripped off using their SO CALLED FREE ONE MONTH TRIAL...

The website and apps have some of the worst bugs, lack of modern coding, design, and UX principles that I have ever seen considering the name and good line-up. It would take me hours to go through all of the issues. Please hire a proper UX designer and a brand new set of developers. Don't cheap out, or you will eventually lose this game because of these major failings.

Crave has a stellar line-up of shows including Game of Thrones, A Handmaid's Tale, and Silicon Valley. These alone should make the service a good alternative to Netflix, Amazon Video, etc..., but unfortunately, it is not worth the monthly $9.99 pricetag in my opinion. The service does not have quite a few of the simple Quality-of-Life features available in many of its competitors.

The first of these feature absent is a huge one for all online video players; the Autoplay function, returning to a list of the episodes in the first season of a show each time you finish an episode, rather than moving to the next episode automatically. The service is also a bit of a pain to use with casting services (i. E. Chromecast), which I imagine isn't their fault, but it still isn't great. The video player also lacks a volume control option, instead opting to just a mute/unmute option. Finally, the biggest grievance I have with Crave is the lack of a rating feature. Netflix at least has that crappy thumbs up/thumbs down feature.

TL; DR Great shows, horrible user interface/quality of life for users.

Got drawn in by the free month. Very few good shows. When month over, automatically renewed. Missed the fine print. Called them on first day of renewal period to cancel. They would not refund me the month, even though it was the first day of the period. Their policy is "once we have your money, you'll never see it again." No sense of customer service. I would have reconsidered Crave in the future, but my policy is once you take my money in this way, you'll never see another dime from me. Had a similar poor customer experience with another media company that wouldn't refund a small amount and I cut them out of my life. I've saved about $3600 over the last 3 years as a result. So maybe poor customer service is working out in my financial favour.

Not craving Crave.

I like the content of CraveTV but their out-dated limitations caused me to cancel and get Netflix instead. I was using it on an Nvidia Shield K1 Tablet, which is one of their approved devices yet I the Android App prevents Mirroring to your TV screen, even when connected directly by a HDMI cable. I recently bought an Android TV. Tried to download the Crave app from Google Play. It's not available for Android TV. What good is it anyway with these limitations. Guess they want me to watch it on a tiny screen only. Not gonna happen. Good riddance CraveTV

Don't get CraveTV!

I canceled right before my subscription renewed and they charged me and won't refund my money for the year! I'm now stuck with a year subscription to a service I don't want. And when I called them about it they told me that I canceled later in the day than I did, and I have an email to prove it, so too bad. Again, this isn't paying for a month, it's an entire year! Don't get this service. They do not care about customers and if you have problems they tell you they will get a supervisor to call and then ignore you. It took 2 weeks of calling to get a supervisor and then she just blew me off and kept repeating that there is a no refund policy.

I would like to cancel. Slow streaming makes it frustrating. But wait. I cannot cancel because crave has managed to loop you until you just give up. Its a never ending commitment. Someone help me get rid of this crap please!

Pretty good content but the interface on Apple TV really sucks. How about a check mark for the episodes I watched? Dont really need to re establish my subscription this often

You guys could learn a lot by watching and copying Netflix

Thinking you know that but are demonstrating your own version of AI (arrogance and ignorance)

The shows they have are good it's just the software that is terrible. If you rewind it all the way to the end the show starts all over and you have to rewind again and stop just before the end. Also the search engine is bad for looking for shows. Also the only way you can see what season or episode your on is if you search the tv show or movie again. If it's added to your favorites it will not let you just click it you need to search it... May be time for an update.

I actually like the content on Cravetv, love that I can binge watch shows without asking are you still there BUT I cant handle how often the program logs you out! Thats happens numerous times a month so I cancelled my subscription. If you ever fix the issue I might just come back

Cancelled my subscription almost a year ago, took me 3 mo this to cancel it cause they kept charging me, didnt get any money back and now charging me again, still wont give me my money back, telling me I have access til my paid month is over but cannot get on my account because it is cancelled, absolutely hate this streaming site

Really only signed up to watch one series they had, noticed right away that in the seasons the shows are NOT in order and there are many episodes missing in each season. Would have stayed but this bummed me out so much Im canceling before my trial is up! Whats the point if f paying when the series are a mess and incomplete!

I love the shows on crave. Who ever does that great job.
Whoever designed the delivery system should be sent to the 9th circle of hell.
It is unbelievably terrible. Sometimes freezes and crashed every 3 mins.
But the shows are so good you put up with it.
How can such a huge company continue to have such horrendous service. Truly mystifying.

As I sit here for the 5th night in a row watching the buffering wheel spin on a show I intended to watch Im beginning to think Ill start cutting myself every 2 minutes until my show starts. I dont need 13 reasons to do this, I need only one. Crave tv is terrible and will only allow you about 15 seconds of a show until it starts to freeze. Rot

I have been fighting with Cravetv for almost 2 months as it stopped working with my Samsung smart tv. All this time they assured me they would fix issue and refund my $40 I paid for the 6 months. They have not fixed the issue and now claim they have a no refund policy. Have spend hours on the phone with them and get only empty promises and no help at all. I only gave a star because it worked for about a year before crashing. Otherwise would have been no stars.

It would be worth if if the price was not going up... this just the start of pricing creep... everyone needs to cancel accounts and make them stop... we all know how these big companies do things... they start low... give crappier and crappier services at the same time creeping the price up quickly... i can cancelled already If you cant find something to watch on the internet without paying ridiculous prices with the same creeping up of prices then you are lost.

Not worth it

There isn't much of a variety. I watched two shows during my "free" month until one of the shows were removed off the streaming site. The customer service is awful. Gave me a free month trial only to find out they would charge me the month after and refused to return my money back but offered another free month to make up for it. Half the time I'm using the streaming platform, my show will either not load or show a blank black screen. Would personally not recommend.

Absolutely not worth your money, most of the links on the site are dead, the don't have recent seasons or episodes, the video streaming quality isn't good. I only tried the free month of subscription, but wouldn't pay for more unless they change, A LOT.

Their policies are clearly not up to date with the current trends. No refund on the same day as the payment to cancel a subscription.

The offering is not really good, and the worst thing is their web platform.

Constant problems with logging in. Their device management if really bad. (Have to unregister my device from my account constantly because they allow a limited number of sign ins? It does not make any sense.) They would really benefit in having a UX designer in their team.

Please, don't waste your money on this service.
