Carol is a role model for customer service. Carol lead me seamlessly through the purchase of a new CPAP machine and related items. Her knowledge and helpful attitude made it easy for me to make my purchase quickly and without fear. She reviewed the return/exchange policy and made sure I understood what my options were. My old ResMed AutoSet unit has given me 16 great years of dependable service but began showing it's age so I was able to get a new prescription and order a new AutoSet 10 from CPAP.com today. Dasha was even able to price match the machine for me at a significant savings. I will continue to be a happy, loyal CPAP.com customer for many more years to come.

I ordered a Dreamstation CPAP Machine today, and accidently ordered a single setting machine, when I actually needed an Auto-Pap. When I called to correct the order, LaToya P is who I reached and not only processed the change, but found me a decent discount as well and called me back to confirm with me. Painless exchange

I tried a new mask, and it didn't work for me. I called to exchange the mask. Carol was patient as she took me through the process, handled the return and the purchase of the new mask. I could not have been happier with the way Carol handled the exchange.

Ordering supplies

I called to order more supplies, but also to look at purchasing a new style mask as the one that I have been using was causing issues in the inside of my nostrils in the morning when I removed the mask. Brandy who answered my call, was very helpful and pleasant to speak with. She made my experience very pleasant.

I have been with CPAP for the last 2-3 years. I have always had great customer service. I was with ROTECH before and left them due to their customer service.

I am not enclosing a copy of my purchase as I did not download it before making this review.

I ordered filters, a whole new mask set up and also a sanitizer for the mask and hose.

I had several issues when trying to place an online order over the weekend. Carol took control and fixed everything! She made suggestions regarding additional products, explained how each worked, adjusted the pricing where applicable, offered to contact my doctor to get the prescription necessary to place the order, and generally made me feel confident that she could handle any issue I had. Before we disconnected, I had a question about an international converter to use outside of the US and she even explained that one was available for the CPAP machine I had chosen. As a first-time customer, Carol certainly made me feel welcome. I hung up knowing I was in good hands. Thank you Carol!

I called and got Heath! What an awesomely pleasant experience! Polite, helpful, and not just interested in making a sale. Truly helpful. I had a horrible experience with a local "medical equipment" person... in person! I got way better treatment from Heath on the phone than I got from a person standing in front of me. Thanks for a genuinely fun experience! Did I mention that he also saved me almost 600.00 over what I was prepared to spend with the person at the store? Wow. I give Heath an 11 out of 10!
