Some insurance providers may reimburse out of network purchases that you might make, and we do provide detailed receipts with proper billing codes. Unfortunately, it is not up to us whether your insurance carrier will reimburse you or not, that would be a question you would want to raise with your insurance provider.

I found the prices are much less here than going through my local provider that is tied to insurance companies. I was shocked to see how much they charge Medicare - two to three times what cpap.com charges because they submit the insurance claims direct. Many times my local provider does not have what I need in stock and I have had to wait 1 -2 months. Cpap.com always has been able to ship what I need, when I need it. The quality is great, shipping time quick and customer service is very responsive.

Finding the right mask for my CPAP has been quite challenging. I had been trying different designs, but there are so many that I was hoping I would find someone with a good enough familiarity with all the different designs so I could explain what the problems had been, what specific requirements I felt I needed, and that person could just say - try this one, or this other one, and so on.
Well Korinne at CPAP.COM turns out to be that person. Not only did she have a surprisingly complete knowledge of literally dozens of masks, but she was unexpectedly patient and wonderfully pleasant to interact with.
I would recommend to anyone needing help with finding the right mask that they make sure to go to CPAP.COM and ask for Korinne.
UPDATE TO REVIEW AFTER SECOND ORDER:
Korinne K was fantastic again. She helped sort out a problem with a second order when the package was mistakenly returned by Fedex. Chrystal also stepped in to help sort things out.
