The shopping experience was easy to complete and the merchandise was delivered in a timely manner. Very good experience with the company.
I like the product. Previously I had to fix the wiring inside the gloves each season. The wires were breaking at the connection points. So after about 5 seasons of doing the ongoing repairs I decided to get a new pair. So I called and asked if this issue had been addressed and customer service said it had been addressed and resolved so I was game to buy a new pair and give them another chance. I got them and noticed they felt like they had more padding inside so I'm hoping the wiring is much improved as well. I've always appreciated the warmth on the hands when they are working. Here's hoping these last at least five years without any problems.

Shipping on one product was a little confusing due to the fact that you dropped-shipped it directly from the Vendor but didn't document to the customer. All-in-all it was a nice experience.

The seat warmer is amazing. I got this for my girlfriend and she uses it everyday. And the ice cleats have saved me several times on the Ice
My feet say cold so my husband brought me this feet warmer. I have only used it once and that was last night but Im looking forward to using it tonight. I just wish the top part was firmer because it makes it hard to keep my feet covered up. However I love it so far.
