Paid the appropriate shipping charges to make sure delivery would be in time for Christmas, however was not delivered until days later. Not satisfied with shipping at all!

Exactly what i was looking for. Online experience was easy and quick. I purchased this for a family member going through chemotherapy, hence making them very cold. This product provides warmth where a blanket is just not enough. I plan on ordering another.

I ordered pillows for my mother and husband since my mother expressed an interest in trying it out and my husband is big snorer! My husband told me he really likes his pillow, and my mother said she likes it, but needs to get used to it. I would say that overall, this purchase has been a success.
