My husband suffers from body arthritis and this is extremely helpful. Love the product, the dual controls are just perfect for us. The product itself is of good quality and love the teal color! A major plus was having the long cords that were just enough to reach our electric sockets on the wall behind the headboard. The cords are plugged into the blanket at the foot of the bed and the cords are then placed under the bed to the socket. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. We just started using this product and I am hoping that it holds up.

Buyer beware!

From CozyWinter I purchased a pair of "Lenz heated socks 5.0 Toe Cap" in size "INT XL US12-13" for my mens' size 12 feet. They fit very snugly without the battery packs attached. When I tried the socks on with the heater batteries snapped onto the cuffs and rolled the cuffs down as instructed, the socks became uncomfortably tight.

I requested and received an authorized "RMA" (return) number from CozyWinters and returned the socks within the required time period. I explained that the tear in the inside manufacturer's box was there when I opened it and that I was not responsible for the tear. CozyWinters opened the shipping box, taped it back up, and wrote on it that the return was not accepted and for it to be returned to sender. CozyWinter did not provide me with any explanation of why they hadn't accepted the returned socks, nor did they refund me the $437 they charged to my credit card.

This is the first negative or dissatisfied customer review that I have ever written. I will never do business with CozyWinter again.

Cozywinters footwarmer is an excellent product. Well made and soft on my feet. I like the option to slide my feet in the plush exterior sleeve or just lay my feet on top. It works very well under the bottom sheet of my bed. I love the 8 hour timer. Other foot warmers I have purchase only had a 2 hour or 6 hour timer and it would go off in the middle of the night. I purchased 2 more for other beds in the house. Absolutely love this product.

Just left AZ and moved to a house with a basement, in winter, during an extra snowy season. Trying to keep the basement living room warm for me, and esp my animals was challenging. But RugHeat has fixed that wonderfully, and the upgrade to the thermostat is well worth the price. Setup was easy on carpet, and other than the mat being a bit crunchy to walk on, it disappears under the rug. I'm using this as a supplement to my forced air heat, and it is perfectly cozy for watching TV on a cold night.

I am 100% pleased with both the products I purchased and with the customer service I received. Although I wanted 3 under-rug heaters, I first bought just one to see what I thought and I'm not sure I've ever experienced a product not only living up to, but exceeding my expectations like this one has. So I went ahead and bought the other 2 that I wanted. Then I contacted CS to see if I could be given the volume discount even though I did not purchase all 3 units at once and it was given to me with absolutely no hassle at all. I honestly couldn't be happier with the entire experience.

The floor feels nice on bare feet. If you are expecting this heated pad to replace any sort of heating you are using, you will be disappointed. They do frame it this way on their site, showing the difference between a space heater and a heated floor. The space I'm trying to heat is not much bigger than the mat. I got the 5X7 foot and we're talking about an area that is about 8X12 feet. Does it make the area warmer? Yes. I would say by single digit percentage Maybe 10% It is still necessary to have the space heater, just like before. If you want the luxury of walking around in bare feet in the morning, get this system. If you expect it to replace your current expensive heating solution. It will not.
