Easy to use and works just as described. I use this under my desk in my unheated sunroom office. My feet were always cold on the tile floor even with a rug. This mat under the rug solved that problem.
I have purchased several heated gloves from Cozy Winters. This purchase was for a "close out" item. I expected the gloves to be the same as my previous purchase since it was the same manufacturer. I am disappointed because the fingertips of the gloves do not provide touch screen capability. Also, the battery does not stay attached to the connector, so I need to constantly push the battery back into the connection. Thirdly, the pocket for the battery is on the side instead of the back of the glove. This makes it more cumbersome to slip inside the glove. I am very disappointed in this purchase.
