A) these gloves DO NOT get anywhere near as warm as I thought they would, or as advertised.
B) getting the batteries into and out of their intended pockets is a significant task.
I bought these for snowblowing and am disappointed, for $199. I expected warmth.

Purchased a seat warmer from these people. It was defective. They make returns impossible by promising to send an RMA (return authorization) and then they do not send it. Your credit card requires you have sent the product back before disputing the charge. So send the product back and get a receipt. Then dispute with credit card.
They make my job better, I work in a Sausage Factory it stays about 26 degrees.
Freight to aust was horendous & prohibitive.

My first pair lasted 4 years till the wiring shorted out. Not a great design.
Ordered a new pair - different mfg. Arrived in just a few days although one battery would not charge. Left a message on the web site and was contacted in a day. Problem resolved as they are shipping me a replacement battery. Not received yet but do not expect a problem.
I discovered that I had ordered the wrong size (too small) and am in the process of exchanging the item for the larger size...
I am reordering because the cleats work great...but I wear them so much they wear out.
