Happy with product
It was okay, but I was not too thrilled about the pet warmers. They are hard and not covered with any soft material. Our dog still prefers our regular heating pad, but I wanted something that was safer for her. I'm a little disappointed.
Appreciated the quick shipping and emailing the tracking number. These are for my Dad who had taken a fall. He was so excited when they arrived in the mail after I had ordered them from 1500 miles away!
They work great
Ordered the heated socks for my husband as a Christmas gift and he loves them. Now I am ordering the heated vest as a Valentine gift. He has not worn the vest yet but he liked the look of it. Testing it out this weekend. Only problem was that I did not get an email telling me when it was shipped. Since it is coming from New Mexico I was worried how long it would take to get it. Got the email that it had shipped the day it was delivered to my house. Maybe just an oversight on the data entry. Socks have been great.

Just ordered the Powergrip Ski holder/rack. Kudos to Cozywinters for carrying an array of products that are unavailable elsewhere. CW shipped my order within 1 day and all my items arrived in great condition. I'll return to CW for my next ski accessory purchase.
This is a great product so far. I ordered the warming pad and a cover with it. We have a couple of feral cats that we look after and love. It took a little bit for them to feel safe to go in and stay in. Now I find them in there often.

They were quite happy to take $ 179.00 for a heated hoodie and it never arrived. Try using there website to contact anybody and it is useless!

Hi David, We have searched our records and found NO unshipped orders for Heated Hoodies. We also cannot find ANY orders for a Heated Hoodie for a David or Dave "O". Reaching us could not be any easier... Our phone number is on every page of the website, along with the Contact Us to send us an email. If you email us or call us we will contact you back. Is it possible you ordered from some other website? That said, we've been very successfully servicing customers for 15 years. Call or email us and we can look into if the order is with CozyWinters and if there was an issue, but based on what little information you provided, we cannot find you in our systems.
