Page indicated my purchase was "Eligible for our FREE Shipping Offer." but I was charged $18.89 when checkout was complete. I did not see any place to check for "free Shipping" or any code to enter to obtain free shipping. Please fix this, and I will be happy to revise my review.

Very comfortable, works great. If I could change anything about it, make the heat pads larger and place some in the sleeves.
Nice product be sure to order a spare battery
Cale has been very helpful in resolving an issue I had with my old battery. In fact he even followed up with Mobile Warming folks who I had communicated with and never heard back from, but he contacted them and asked them to follow up. Cale has been exceptional in customer service. Will do some more shopping with Cozy Winters because of Cale.
There was an issue with getting delivery from the original manufacturer. Jamie and Destiny took extra care to resolve the issue and get it delivered on time.

The Sno Brum removes snow off my car so fast with no hassles. And it is very durable. My first one I had for 6 years! Finally ordered a new one, gave my old one to a co-worker. And ordered one for a neighbor!

I got these for my husband for his birthday. He really likes the fact they fit the seat and don't slide around getting in and out.
Wanted to order an out of stock item, will I know if it will become available. Placed my email address to order when available. Wouldn't take my card number.
Easy to use format!
It said free shipping on orders over $75.00 but charged me shipping at check out
I'm not satisfied at all. At the end of Christmas Day when all guest went home and my wife finally had a chance to sit and enjoy her heated seat cushion it lasted for about 20min and the cushion burned out. The wall adapter and the plug on the cushion show the led lights indicating that there's power but the cushion went cold and will not heat up again. I will not be plugging in the second cushion and risking damage to my couch or car seat.
